    I just stumbled upon your channel, and I'm so excited to try your recipes!
    This year for Christmas I made a Gochujang Caramel Cookie and a Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookie, and so now spicy cookies have become my thing. I can't wait to add these biscochitos to the my repertoire! I'll be sure to tag you when I make them :)

    Great! Which type of New Mexico chili do you recommend? Don't they come mild, medium and hot? I suppose medium heat? Or use less of a hot chili?

      Hello! I would recommend using a mild to medium red chile powder. I am using a Chimayo blend, but you can find a wonderful mix from the Fruit Basket link in our description box. Thank you for watching!
