The local chain grocery store that I go to in Southern California has removed all firearm magazines from their display. What's strange is for years past there were more firearm magazines than any other subject.
@kevinfabian3002 OK, here are some of his misrepresentation: 1. Recently he uses that study from Ohio that shows a decrease in crime after passing CC, but the thing is violent crime was already decreasing before they passed that, so that's a false correlation. 2. He constantly brings up the CDC estimate of "500k to 3 million defensive gun uses." The problem with that is, the upper end of the estimate is BS (the 3 million), because it's based off an online survey of people anonymously reporting if they've ever used their gun in self defense. There is no fact checking, no checking of crime reports, nothing. Just random people online making claims. That's NOT a legitimate way of doing research. 3. He constantly complains about how "they changed the definition of mass shootings from 4+ killed to 4+ injured," because it makes it seem like there are more mass shootings. But why is bad to count people who were injured but didn't die? Are they not victims of gun violence too? Why would Colion want to use a definition that doesn't include their injuries? Like I said, I like watching his videos for some stuff, but when he starts twisting data and misrepresenting facts to push a pro-gun narrative, he's not better than the anti-gunners doing the same
@@ericward284 1. A 1-3 percent drop is correlation, not cause. Nearly 10%? That's direct cause. 2. He isn't using one anonymous survey. He's using John Lott's research which includes both the same stats anti-gun groups use to talk about firearm crime usage, and even going further to find data on every report that noted a firearm pulled from assumed victim in defense with shots fired to no shots fired in the areas researched. Which brings us to: 3. He isn't complaining about 4+ injuries, he's saying any 3 or more people in an area where a firearm is pulled is by no means a "mass shooting". Which is the problem in these situations. If me, you, and Colion are at a gas station, a robber comes in and fires a gun, they would put that in the mass shooting category. It is 4+ *involved.* Sure as hell doesn't sound like a mass shooting to me, yet there is a "stat" they can use to pad numbers. You're telling me that sounds correct?

Firearm safety should be mandatory during the D.A.R.E programs because you never know when a kid is gonna find a gun in the wood on the side of the road or at someone's house just laying around or if in a home invasion and they're home alone they should know where the firearms are at 12 13 how to get it and how to use it safely if they needed to.

The video has lower views, because he has not new information or points ever. He is a strong 2A advocate, which people can or may not like. I am not American and have two licensed firearms (required here) and I envy the 2A to an extent. However, Noir, has never ever in a millions minutes of conversations been "rational" about guns. This is because, he has never even dreamed of accepting any opinion essentially positioned against his view of the 2A. This is fine, as I believe people should believe and support what they believe in. However, what happens on both sides is zealots like Noir, and the anti gun Zealots of the American left use calm tones and impressive rhetoric and are labeled Rational/Reasonable/Considerate/etc. This is just being appreciative of their rhetorical style in a dialogue, and it's falsely being attached to an idealistic way of thinking. I can't watch his video anymore because there is no need. If you skip to the end of any of his videos, he will respond to the question about a gun situation that it was fine and legal, and perhaps right. His lack of acknowledging the black panther's gun rights being quashed as an example of historical 2A advocates ability to betray subsets of gun owners was a big point for me. I will follow my own countries laws about guns and I always advocate when I can for increase ownership, especially amongst homeowners but I can't understand the fetish for Mr. Noir's obvious opinions that never were going to be even possibly not be what you expect. Which again, is fine for advocacy, but being labeled rational/reasonable is coping mechanism.

Wow that’s horrible news! I know how you feel. I had a lifelong friend that lived down the street from me. She had lived with her grandma for her whole life and when we were in our 20s, the grandma passed away, leaving her alone in the home. Being my friend, I told her that it would be wise of her to get a firearm to have and to train with just in case someone wanted to come in and do something. She somehow took the advice as me warning her that that person was gonna me, the person to do something weird…even though we’ve been friends since childhood. I had other lifelong friends who teamed with her to host an interrogation on me and I am no longer friends with them, as they severely questioned my integrity. I basically said to them, “if I wanted to do something to her, why would I tell her get trained with a gun?” They didn’t like guns and to this day, I believe it was motivated by that. Thanks for the space to vent! Sorry you had to deal with weird people and gun related stuff.

Yeah but at the same time why should CZcams or any other social media platform allow ANY gun videos when it should be the responsibility of the state to educate gun owners. Gun owners should have yearly check ups with every single gun they legally own and both the guns and the person should be inspected. And once every 5 years there should be home check ups to see where they store the guns. But Americans wont allow that because of fake illusion of freedom.
In Canada it's illegal to be in the possession of a firearm without an FAC (Firearm Acquisition Certificate). This certificate is obtained by completing an 8 hour, in-person safety course with hands-on and written exams. And that's just for shot guns! There's an additional safety course for handguns. I completed both, and I even handle Nerf guns safely, now. It sounds like a money grab but it's a game changer in terms of learning safety measures.
My only problem wirh gun safety is it only shows how to not acctidentally kill someone or even yourself. What if you have premeditated murdering someone and have every intent of shooting them? Gun safety will not prevent a man from purposefully pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger. Is that a reason to stop gun safety? Of course not, but people who act like education on how to properly use guns will solve gun violence, of which and especially where I'm from they are plentiful, are missing the point entirely.

COLION NOIR DOESN'T MISS
Pew Pew
He’s boring asf
Colion knows his sht
Eh... he misrepresents a lot of studies and data to push a narrative, but he's pretty good
@@ericward284oh? Elaborate. Always someone like you in the comments that makes a biiig general statement and walks without any specifics.
@@ericward284and anti gun politicians and people do the same thing but on a worse scale. Like “guns are the #1 cause of death in children” bullshit.
@kevinfabian3002 OK, here are some of his misrepresentation:
Which brings us to:
I can say that I am extremely sick of gun content being restricted on social media platforms. It's unconstitutional BS.
The platforms are the American enemy.
I can't tell you how sick I got as a kid eating duck after playing Duck Hunt of Nintendo, or how many times I had to buy a new T.V.

My friend makes art sculptures from scrap metal. He made one out of chain, scrap car parts in the shape of a tommy gvn, removed and banned from tik tok and insta. It's in no way a real weapon, banned for art.
Commies hate firearms, especially the idea of individuals being armed...
Our local police department offers classes on proper firearm safety. It's a great starter class. Hopefully more town's will do the same. There's no downside to knowing proper gun safety.
You can do the same without involving law enforcement. Literally almost every single range offers a course.

The comments section is the reason why youtubers practice gun safety. If they are 2A content makers and they mess up, they will hear about it hard. YT gun community is the most responsible online comminity ever. The news is lying to you about owneeship.
What does the news say about gun ownership?
@@SleepyLabrador-dp6emnot many positive things unfortunately. Mostly negative slander towards law abiding gun owners, lots of misinformation about guns in general, and worst of all…politicization of firearm related crime, specifically mass shootings.
Very few media outlets cover stories where an innocent person is attacked and is forced to use their own weapon to defend themselves…this happens at least 500k times a year, likely more. If the media does cover a defensive use of firearm, it is rarely positive. Most question why the force was necessary to shoot someone committing a crime, even if the criminal has a gun.
I can confirm that 😂😂I love to read all the fudd comments
The YT a gun community is full of idiots and dolts. Don’t be fooled.

I like how the cops gave him a certificate honoring his bravery as a middle finger to the Libtards who wanted to see Dickens prosecuted.

I don’t believe that people should have to depend on CZcams “celebrities” to learn about gun safety lol this guy is just mad his easy CZcams money is being threatened. He can still teach safety & training classes (which we should all have when we buy our firearms)
The thing is there are no “official” gun safety classes. It’s not like you get a certificate that relates to a standard that everyone can follow.
This video having 50k views and the others having 100-300k proves the point perfectly rn
I learned gun safety from a PMI in Marine Corps boot camp and I still follow it to this day and I've been out of boot camp for 25 years

I got my account on NextDoor "indefinitely suspended" for saying people should have a gun in their home and know how to use it to defend themselves. The post was about someone moving out of our city because they no longer felt safe. It's insane that anything remotely pro gun or at least not anti gun is seen as harmful content. Then again you realize they want people reliant on government protection and not taking that responsibility into their own hands.

Joe, why are you watching all of those violent images on IG?????? Stop engaging, raise your vibe.
Yeah i mainly see thots and memes idk how people get on that side of insta
In Canada it's illegal to be in the possession of a firearm without an FAC (Firearm Acquisition Certificate). This certificate is obtained by completing an 8 hour, in-person safety course with hands-on and written exams. And that's just for shot guns! There's an additional safety course for handguns. I completed both, and I even handle Nerf guns safely, now.
It sounds like a money grab but it's a game changer in terms of learning safety measures.
Great show Joe

The lord didn't ban rocks when Kane killed Abel......he held Kane accountable
If you depending on Social Media to teach you about gun safety, you have no business owning a gun.

I wasn't a child who was around guns a lot but my curiosity and likeness for them brought me to finding out how to properly handle them and have a great reapect for them. When I was a young teenager i started practicing firearms safety i learned online on nerf and later bb guns just so when I was 18 I could take the course to get a license, (i live in canada). Passed my course with flying colours and the instructors were impressed with how most everything was already second nature. Banning firearms safety on social media is just as bad as banning any other form of safety content ie.) vehicle safety, job safety, medical safety.
