If yoire asked to step out of the vehicle and the officer can produce any lawful reason that is a lawful order and you must comply (wouldnt be a lawful order in this case but best to fight it in court rather than the street for youre own health purposes), the daughter is not legally allowed to exit the vehicle while in a stop but that would be thrown out in court due to previous unlawful orders and these cops would both be placed in administrative leave, investigated by another department( ie highway patrol investigates local pd), found to be wrong, asked to resign or fired and the department would front the cost of the lawsuit.
