This is a documentary video about the Black women of United States of America. It explores 5 reasons why they are special.
Number 1. They are Beautiful.
American black women-let's be real-they're like Mother Nature's very own masterpieces. I mean, have you ever seen anyone who radiates feminine power like they do? It's like they were born with a secret recipe for goddess vibes. They are as curvy as a crescent moon on a starry night, and it's almost comical how some folks try to play it down, yet they are the most emulated people of all! Seriously, people are going broke trying to buy what these ladies have naturally. The smoothness of their lovely melanin-enriched skin is to die for. Their complexion is naturally tan, so it’s not cosmetic, superficial, or temporary. They come in all shades of melanin, and they are all gorgeous. Their very kissable, beautiful full lips are incredibly attractive. They are the fiercest runway walkers. They look fabulous, even in strong hair colours.
Number 2. Creative and intelligent go-getters.
African American women have made significant and lasting contributions across various fields.
Marie Van Brittan Brown invented the first home security system in the 1960s.
Love 3D movies? Thank Valerie Thomas for that. She was behind the illusion transmitter, which NASA later used in its satellite technology. This technology went on to become the premise for more advanced TV screens and modern 3D technology.
Sarah Boone invented and patented the first modern ironing board in 1892.
Mary Beatrice Davidson Kenner's sanitary belt was the predecessor to the menstrual pad.
Bridget "Biddy" Mason invested her money and effort into developing the area that would become downtown Los Angeles.
Dr. Patricia Bath was an ophthalmologist who invented a cutting-edge device for cataract surgery.
Tahira Reid Smith invented the automatic double Dutch machine as an undergraduate engineering student at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Dr. Shirley Jackson also invented fiber-optic cables, an assembly that links communication systems around the world.
Way back in the 1930s, Sister Rosetta Tharpe was the first to combine gospel music, blues, and folk music with the rock and roll pulsating swing. Her style is an undeniable precursor to rock ’n’ roll and has influenced music legends like Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley. She is known as the godmother of rock and roll.

Their impact on popular culture is unmistakable. Their voices are melodic, soulful, and strong. The impact of figures such as Ella Fitzgerald, Oprah Winfrey, Nina Simone, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Erikah Badu, Missy Elliot, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin, Aliyah, Lauryn Hill, Tracy Chapman, Dionne Warwick, Misty Copeland, and so many others demonstrates how African American women have elevated these fields through their exceptional talents. Black women have certainly earned their place in history.
Number 3. Awesome Personality
Good vibes follow black women everywhere. They have this sense of style and confidence that makes them fun to be around. They are expected to be the life of the party. There is this aura around them: witty humor and an outgoing personality. A little piece of innocence blended in with unbelievable strength and poise. Their sassy hand gestures and how they can get within a quarter inch of your forehead with those nails (when they're mad) and never poke you is something I find fascinating and quite frankly endearing. Their warmth and empathy shine through in their interactions with loved ones and strangers alike. Whether it's offering a comforting embrace, sharing words of encouragement, or simply lending a listening ear, black women have a supernatural capacity to connect with others on a deeply emotional level.
Number 4. They are resilient.
African American women have remarkable endurance under pressure. Their fortitude is out of this world. You've got legends like Harriet Tubman, who was probably the original GPS because she never lost her way; Sojourner Truth, who could drop truth bombs like it was nobody's business; and Maya Angelou, whose words could knock you out faster than a Mike Tyson punch.
Number 5. Amazing Cooks.
Black women have long been celebrated for their exceptional cooking skills, which are deeply rooted in a rich culinary heritage. Their expertise in the kitchen is a testament to their creativity, resourcefulness, and genuine love for food. From soulful Southern cuisine with dishes like fried chicken, collard greens, and cornbread to the flavours of the Caribbean, African, and Creole traditions, black women have a remarkable ability to infuse their meals with history, culture, and an unmistakable touch of love.
I love how it wasn’t only about the beauty of African American women. The intellectual contributions are amazing. When he spoke on the benefit of AA strength as a positive is was the most complimentary thing I’ve heard. It always has been used against us. This video is such positive energy ❤

African American women are very loyal BUT don't push us. Very loyal to the race as well. I don't think you'll find a group of African women more loyal to black and world wide issues as Black/African American women!!! Often doing international work that benefits other black peoples that is not widely known. Through organizations and independent! Love these positive videos, keep them coming.

Black women all over the World are blessed with amazing, enviable, glorious, and loveable gorgeousness and beauty. Not just African American women.
Haven had the opportunity to personally travel 80% of the world over several years, l invite you to travel around the African continent, country by country, and you would agree with me that African American women as you described them in your CZcams video, are simply a Diaspora extension of the Black elegance and gorgeous beauty that Africa continent gave to the African Diaspora world demographics, including America.
African continent remains the WORLD Headquarters for not only the most amazingly gorgeous Black women, but indeed the best place for mentally equipped and family educated Black women for marital stability, loyalty, respect, and peace of mind and unity in the home and family.
At the end of the day, what is gorgeous beauty, feminine elegance and curves, without proper home training, and consistent commitment to ensuring and creating strong and united Black family, which doesn't lead to 80% of children being raised in single family homes in a never-ending generational circles of Black family dilemmas in America.
Great synopsis of AA women's foundational contributions to American history, science, culture and justice in America and beyond. So much to cover. Glad this video went beyond being only about black women being curvy, although mentioning that is accurate too.

Sad. I'm a Boomer. Grew up on the tail end of the Civil Rights movement, when Black is Beatiful originated. The video's mage correctly depicts the current status of Black American women, the majority overweight or obese. That is not our legacy. Just watch any movie from the 1970s and older. The women and men were slim, trim, and looking fine. It can nuanced anyway you like, curvey, big bone, etc. That won't stop the guarantee of acquring Western societal diseases, blood and heart disorders, kidney failure, sleeping disorders, mental illness, and last but not least, early death. Mainstream society could care less with all the money Big Pharma, Health Insurance, and fake diet product companies make off of Black American women. Sad, how being abused continues without being aware of being abused.
Nothing in the world is more beautiful than a curvy black woman. America is blessed by God for the curvicious women which is not found in my country and that's why I am frustrated.

Are thin lipped, flat buttock African women also beautiful? This video would suggest they are not. Also some of these curvy women have fake assets. I’m rather curvy myself. But my children are not. They find beauty in curves. It would be nice to see beauty in intelligence (as you have portrayed here). You have done a beautiful job in representing the impact that intelligent blank women have on our present day. Thank you for that.

I meant culturally and other ways of life. Here in Africa, as much as there is progress, we are very much down to earth as the saying goes. Black American women to me come across as highly sophisticated and independent to have a man in their life or to engage in polygamous marriages, but I might be mistaken as not all people are the same.
