  • LNP MP Keith Pitt says the Grattan Institute report calls for reforms in Australia’s transition to net zero is “quite a surprise” but it is “about time they woke up”.
The Grattan Institute has released a report that argues the national energy market needs to be reformed if Australia is to avoid blackouts during the transition to net zero.
“This is the mob who said, oh, you won’t have time to get community support, you can just forget all that, I would just roll over those regional communities, they don’t matter,” Mr Pitt told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“Now we see they are claiming, guess what, it won’t work.
“It’s quite a surprise, but it’s about time they woke up.”

There is a good chance they always know it wasn't sustainable and at best just wanted the money laundering or at worse just part of a plan to help kill the majority of the population since many elites believe the best thing for the planet is if the global population drops to around 500,000 or even zero.

How would Net-Zero be determined, and by whom/what internationally recognised and approved organisation? The IPCC, a thoroughly corrupt outfit, has no legitimacy, and is not even the world authority on climatology; it's the world authority on........NOTHING, except, of course, an endless litany of lies.

This is not a complex issue. The generation establishment can be called out by the simple expedient of the nation and the government insisting that all renewable generation be used before the non renewable generation is applied to the national network. The only basis on which the non renewable generators can object to this approach is that they wish to protect market share, read profits, and they are best placed to begin the shift to renewable energy themselves. There will be amongst their hierachy this awareness, and the reluctance to pursue such a course can only be seen as sinister. I am not a greenie zealot but someone who has worked almost all my life in all three fields of the electricity industry, generation, distribution and utilisation, both operating and maintaining. I acknowledge the greenie zealots have their heads and feet in the clouds and i wish them little if any support because their ambitions are unachievable and a far more grounded approach is required, but we do have to make a start and it would seem that the start is going to take some compulsion.
