MUST KEEP REFRIGERATED. Sauce can last 1 week
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup dragon fruit (80g)

Honestly, this is what Chef Pii should've done-- not sell the sauce itself, but share the recipe.
I can respect wanting to make a quick dollar after something that is definitely marketable, but to have a blatant disregard for FDA guidelines is unacceptable.

red dragon fruit is actually cheaper and easier to find where i live! the white one is so rare to find.

Red Dragon fruit it so tasty if you get one in season or on the islands. So sweet. So far the ones here ( main land US) have never been as delicious as some from Hawaiian islands.

Fast response! I ended up using it in your recipe anyway, just added a bit of food colouring as that’s the main reason I wanted to try it 😅 It was my first time buying/ trying dragon fruit and have to say the taste is like a mild kiwi. I haven’t tried the sauce with food yet but the only thing I can taste is garlic, vinegar & the sweetness of the honey. I did add 1 tbsp of olive oil to this tho. I’m assuming it will be a great sauce for chicken! Thanks for sharing your recipe with all of us!! 💖
