    Not bad for a 33’ boat considering that good sized lower saloon space & two cabins. I’m sure once you’ve found everything (pesky shower) it is plain sailing from there on! Thanks Nick! 👋🏻

    New boats, traditionally, use two teams - the building team and the features team. Eventually these two meet on the assembly floor where the two teams do battle for space and features - the winner being a floating vessel of compromises. This boat used a method empowering the teams to share ideas - and here we are with a boat chocked full of useful features that all shapes up to be a sleek, fun place. Thanks, Sealine for your clever boat and to Nick for featuring it in this video - good on you both.

    And a big thank you for Nick for bringing this nice show of this Sealine S330 a nice sports boat with a accomadation for 4 or maybe 6 people I like the grey hull and cabine from the outside but when I am honestly I like the older Sealines more then those new boats but that my opinion Thanks agian Nick a great show

    Great looking boat and tour Nick. I’m a big fan of the older Sealines especially from about 2000 to 2006. Marine Sales of Scotland have had some real beauties for sale in the last month or so. Thanks as always for sharing Nick!

    Done with the full tour. She's definitely charming for sure. Also, for a weekender that you can cruise in the mid to high 20s (max 31/32, if the sales brochures are to be believed), work shorthanded, have good range *AND* lift/dry berth once the season is over, I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better bargain.
    Thanks for the tour, Nick! Rather taken by this one.

    Greetings once again from the USA, Nick.
    If you took me on a boat that was for sale and gave me the fun filled complete detailed tour that you 'Always' give on your channel, I would immediately buy it because you are just that good!!
    You probably could sell anything.
    I would lay money on the fact that you could sell ice cubes to the Eskimos.
    Awesome job Aquaholic. Hoping well health for you and Marianne.

    This 2017 boat is impeccably well preserved. Only the color of the wood seems to be "burned" from the sun but I believe it is even because it is uniform. Personally I like the darker woods on the decks and lighter on the furniture but this is not my boat.... Congratulations on the excellent quality of presentation and for the seal of the owner for this boat.
    I add that I like the veracity with Mr. Nick speaks out of knowledge or not.

    For 33' it's pretty decent. I know a guy that took him and his 3 kids from the west coast of Florida around the Keys and then to Palm Beach and to the Bahamas and then the BVI's and back, and then from the west coast of Florida down to the Keys and then Mexico, all on a 52' North Pacific Pilothouse I think. But a small boat, 3 kids 14, 12 and 7 all cruising down the Caribbean. I can't tell if he was awesome, brave or stupid. Probably all 3. Fishing, snorkeling, beachcombing. Apparently the kids loved it, even though one had to sleep on a table that became a bed.

I definitely watch it. You should approach channel 4 with the idea.

    Love the boat, Sealine in one of the brands you can spot. They have a distinct look. A lot of the yachts tend to look alike and you have to learn to tell them apart. Also, there is a Princess 35 just next to you. I don't see a video for the 35 on your channel. Is it a rare boat? I thought you'd done all of the Princess Yachts. Also, why is the rudder indicator always pinned to one side when you show a boat? I thought it would be in a random place. Thanks so much for all of your tours.

    • @AQUAHOLIC
      @AQUAHOLIC  Před 2 lety +4

      Not so much, some boats have it on the other side or in the centre. However boats approaching from the starboard side are the 'stand on' vessel (so you have to give way to them), so some people figure it's good to have the best visibility to the side on that side.

    Why would Sealine not have shore power connections on the bow as well? Having to run and secure power lines the length on the exterior just seems like a poor decision on their part.

    • @BillWalkerSD
      @BillWalkerSD Před 2 lety

      Have you ever seen a boat with a shore power connection at the bow? I'd be surprised. Bows get a lot wetter, and while a cover might keep water out of the connector, the cover may corrode and become difficult to remove. In looking at lots of boat videos and ads, I think I've seen one or two that had a shore power connection amidships, and all the others have been at the stern.

      @@jaquigreenlees Good to know. I know Nordhavn makes a 41-footer. Do the others make any boat this small? I'm not aware of them doing so, just from the ads I've seen in boating magazines. My focus has been on boats in the 30-40 foot range. It seems to me that the larger the boat, the more likely you'd actually _need_ shore power connections at both ends, due to the sheer impracticality of reaching the end away from the quay.
      Though even with that said, I don't recall seeing a forward shore power connector in any of Nick's tours of larger boats/yachts.

      Nordhavn actually makes a 30 odd footer as well.
      Grand Banks used to make 30 to 40 foot trawlers.
      The others I mentioned earlier their smallest tends to be mid 50 foot in naming. ( Fleming 55, a nominal 55 foot yacht with a length over all of 60 feet 9 inches for example )
      I think Outer Reef's smallest is the 620, about the same size as the Fleming 55.
      My personal focus is a boat that can cross oceans so I tend to look at the larger options and am more focused on range + comfort than speed. Life is a journey take the time to enjoy the journey rather than rush to a destination.
      you might like the Chris Craft commuter 48 Denison has listed. It's wood hull, in Montreal Canada. Asking is around $675,000 US for the fully restored prototype hull of the model ( yup hull number 1 of the model ) with full documentation including copies of the original sales materials used for the model.
      A unique looking motor yacht that is both an antique and a piece of yachting history.

    Hi Nick, OK boat for the money but its not my style at all, so won't be needing to check my lottery tickets for this one 🙄😎 Cheers
