Twice a month we are bringing you our Affordable Yacht Series 😝 We know how much you guys like the Galeon Brand, so we have decided to Tour this perfect Starter Yacht: Pre-owned GALEON 420 FLY. She was built in 2018, so she is only 5 years old and would be great for someone who is not comfortable with owning and maintaining an older vessel, but wants newer tech, and all the bells and whistles of the modern Yachts! It's impossible to get a waterfront vacation property in the south FL area for this price, so this Fast Cruising Motor Yacht would be a perfect way to have the best of both worlds! She would also make a great Looper (google The Great Loop if you are not familiar and let me know in the comments if you just added this to your bucket list).
She is currently listed for sale for $549,990 Enjoy the Tour!
😜 Let me know what you guys think of this one in the comments
Huge Thank you to EV Yachting & WILLIAM RAGUSA for setting this up.

Something with sails 🙂
I don't care what size/age, as long as you think they are interesting boats.
Bigger older. Also, new favorite outfit captain V. 😊
The space is well utilized for the size. Plenty of lounging areas.
🛋️
Tiny kitchens are easy to clean.
😉
Nice little vessel.💙🌊⚓
Great tour as always.
✌️💙🛥️
I would say 40-80 ft and older because we are looking for Great Loop capable boats. I love all you show for the variety, but keeping in the under $500K price range makes the dreaming more real!
All the features of a bigger boat - it even 'feels' roomy. But none of the added hassles and expenses of an actual big boat, with space rarely used. Things like cheaper insurance, less spent on moorage, less fuel consumption with far less costly annual maintenance, easier close quarter handling and docking becomes an easy operation. Thanks for the tour. Affordable boats can be just as fun and dream worthy as giant yachts.
Well said...it's actually within reach as opposed to most of the amazing yachts we dream about. Often it's all about being with the person or people you want to be with that makes it all worth it...👍
The Lady V allowing Rico to open things...
Love is wonderful!
It sure is! lol
I like! The interior layout is open and eyecatching. To free up even more space on the flybridge, I would look into removing the permanent helm topside, and using a portable game-style console for operating the boat up there. ALSO, an awning-style shade over the front window to hold out the sun while preserving that awesome visibility would be on my list.
Rico and Victoria, Galeon seems to be really be stepping up their game as far as design and practicality. I love it when Nick has the new Galeon's on his channel.
They are!
Sweet little boat 🚢! Thanks for the tour. Have a great day 🌞... definitely bigger and newer!
This would be a great weekender for those spending summers on the Great Lakes. Thanks for showing alternatives for all boaters.
You bet!
I just bought my first boat, I will be spending my summers on the great lakes... When it's time to upgrade, this looks like a great option
Unfortunately our Great lakes here in the UK are not very Great.!
Fortunately, our Great Lakes in Ontario are just a little less than 100,000 sq miles
I noticed your intro is different, and done very well! And congrats on getting some sponsorship, well deserved and I imagine a relief. For this size of boat, I think the galley is outfitted just fine. This seems like a great boat for a couple, and to entertain another 4 or so, which is a good intimate grouping for my taste. Thanks as always!
Thank you so much! as you know we do NOT charge or accept money for any of our yacht tour (we like to keep our independence:) and we only take on sponsorship for the brand we personally try, use and like 💙💙
@@NautiStyles lol yall. seefood. smh.
Hi I want work with you from Türkiye how can get contact with u? Send me a mail or whatsapp please.
excellent as usual.. one of the things you might add to your specs and description of the boat is what kind of hull each boat has, planing, semi displacement full displacement etc.. that would help people assess it's match to needs and also expected ride quality.. Greg from Sydney Australia
Thank you both for all your excellent insight you provide your viewers. I am looking to relocate to south Florida and either purchase a live aboard or just a fun vessel. Your informational videos have educated me beyond belief and guided me to so many "wants" to look for in my purchase. Take care and thanks again!
I love the affordable yacht series and by the way you look marvelous!
Thank you so much!
Loved the lower helm and the way the huge one-piece windscreen flooded the lower deck galley/foyer with light.
Playing catchup Watching yall. Really like the variation.
Plus 😊😊
Smiles always ☺️
You guys are so amazing with your videos. It’s nice to watch your wife work. She does a great job.
My grandfather had a 40 footer back in the early 70s and it was nothing like this. This is much much more well appointed. And you don’t have to take it out and put it in dry dock to paint it every winter!
I can tell that you guys have been working on your relationship. It seems like you are getting along better than before. That's really great to see!
Really...?
Love youse guys videos, Rico you inspire me to be right where you are, I’m 29 with a dream and focused. keep on keepin on my man!
Love watching you guys work together - especially love the way Rico speaks to Victoria
like how? 🤔🤔
You guys have features some speedy yacht lately. (Thank you very much) I recently watched a documentary on a WWII aircraft carrier that served in the Pacific ocean. When the Imperial Japanese Navy was trying to get away some of their battleships were clocked at 40 knots which I thought is incredible considering how heavy they were.
Thanks for sharing! wow
That view walking up to the flybridge is amazing.
Another great video. The ad for the sponsor was really funny. Great job guys!
Thanks so much!
Great video, great boat. Love your work. 😊
Great yacht tour as usual. But.... I have to say this with all due respect and sincerity, Victoria looks absolutely stunning in that outfit.
😝🙈🙏🏻
It's nice to see the odd galley-down layout, especially on a smaller yacht.
Thanks for the great videos you guys. I just love the tours as I am landlocked in Canada for now lol one day!!!! Cheers and thank you!!!
Beautiful boat. I think if I were going to use it as a live-aboard, I would try to convert one of the beds in the guest cabin into a desk/bed combo.
Great tour! Thanks for showing this boat! Keep those cameras rolling! 👍👍
Thanks, will do!
The view from the inter helm was incredible! Yea, it was clear you two are spoiled with touring super Yachts, lol! Gosh, you failed to mention that wonderful tooth brush. On a serious note, this would be an awesome couple/family boat! The fuel burn was ok, speed great, and it seem very comfortable!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Just to let you know I Loved the video on that brand new 78 ft. Rivaira vessel that was awesome and a fantastic job telling us all about that amazing boat...Hats off to Victoria & Recaro...Muskoka Dave Ontario Canada...cheers folks.
Loved the add for Hellofresh, absolutely adorable!
ooow thanks
Amazing to see that a Galeon that's only 4/5 years old is already looking a bit dated inside and on the flybridge. They innovate and improve so fast!
Great vid. love galleons and all the innovative ideas, my only worry with them has always been , so many moving bits and pieces, how would they wear and perform over time, Nice to see slightly older one in good working order, and still looking good.
Good point!
Great small yacht layout!
As always, great presentation and video!
I have to say, Galeon do good work. It looks great inside and out, they always have a few space extending tricks up their sleeves, and they always fit in more than you expect they can, given the volume limitations.
The only thing I saw that was a sign of wear and tear for a 4 to 5 year old boat was it looks like the engine room sound deadening had taken a bit of a kicking?
I have a few questions
1. Can you reach the lower helm steering wheel and throttle through the starboard window? Combined with the docking remote, that would make it ideal for solo parking. I guess you could do the same thing from the flybridge (probably wouldn't need the docking remote from there?), but it would make it a little more difficult to tie up.
2. Is there a space where you could fit in a dishwasher? I'm that lazy... 😄It's a small enough boat that you could marina-hop and eat out every day, but you'd still probably cook at least a little on board, especially if you choose to anchor and don't have a tender
3. Is there a washer/dryer on board? Not a deal breaker, but would be handy if you're staying on board for more than a week. Then again, if you can afford the boat, you can afford to buy enough clothes to go on a 2 week vacation without needing to wear the same clothes twice!
Still need that lottery win though! 😆
That appears to be a very nice smaller sized yacht. Great job as always!
After going back and looking at my watch history I find that this is one of the few channels I complete every video.
wow, music to our ears! Thank you for your amazing feedback
Fun little Whirlwind tour! Such a tease on the outtakes ,, I could stand for a little more of that silliness ; )
lol thanks for watching
Omg!!! This is my starter yacht...We gotta talk to Rico about this..lol
LOL do it!
Galeon doing there thing you can get a very nice one for like1.3 now brand new 15/20 foot bigger. You guys knock it out the park as usual
Love the boat and Victoria your outfit is soo cute.
With so many boats in that size range, choices are endless. This boat has good range capability if you're OK at sailboat speed. Clean looking unit, plus it's small enough for easy maintenance, and affordable docking.
Love you guys and wish you all the Best !
thank you Alan
Love the stylist upholstry and finishes. Definitely not a family home unless kids are babies as the space is very limited especially in bad weather when it is closed up. For a retired couple or young couple it is a perfect home. Overall, if I had the money (x18 to get the cost at home, could buy a 5 bedroom home on 14,000 sq mtr land for that price) and lived in the States then would love this boat for myself.
The Choy Lee 90's layout was one of the best I've seen...and only 399k.
Another great tour! Thanks Victoria and Rico. 👋👋 from FL USA. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very luxurious,I love it👍
Ein tolles Schiff. Viel Platz sehr geräumig toll eingerichtet, und so viel mehr....
Vielen, Vielen dank Peter
Older and bigger with modern upgrades .(too many to mention). So I guess Newer and smaller would be cheaper by the time we get to the props🤔. Another wonderful (shorty) tour. I need a couple of moments for my vision to stabilize.. stripes everywhere.. 🙃.. Cheers Victoria and Rico!!!
When you do engine compartment tours, it would be helpful to show where the dipsticks and fill tubes are. If it's too hard to do pre-cruise checks, they may not get done regularly!!
Dinky, not often I get to say that.
Great video, affordable and compact.
I could see myself sailing around the South Coast of England, stopping off in Lulworth cove for lunch.
How are you guys finding apartment living?
As always fair winds and following seas.
Nice little boat love the sky deck
Us too!
Perfect for a couple with a little dog , looks very comfortable
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Beautiful yacht, great price, great tour. 👍😃
Thank you very much!
Very nice. Have a great week⚓
Thank you! You too!
I love her outfit. calm down guys! Love that yacht too by the way !
Being 6'7", I really feel like you were speaking to me today! :)
Being a shaft boat should have been big selling point highlight
Thanks for making it
Great video! Have you guys seen the Tiara EX 60 yet?!? Would love to see you guys do a walkthrough.
I'll second that request. Especially since they're built locally (Holland, Mi.).
Great outfit and nice Yacht. All I could think about while watching was a root beer float
LOL thanks
I'd buy that one in a heartbeat, if I had the $$ that is LOL Perfect for what I'd want to do (Loop, coastal, Great Lakes, maybe Bahamas). After what you and Alexei pointed out about fiberglass hulls I think I'd want to stay under 10 years old for 99% of the production boats.
.
Are you doing a review/tour of the new Prestige M48 power cat? I can hardly wait to hear Rico's opinion about the engine bays.
That huge one piece windshield really makes it look huge below deck
I‘m Waiting and Waiting…….when you will make a Check and a Video about the Silent 80?? I AM WAITING!
Nice boat I think the space in that on the overhead was for a retractable awning option. Your commercial made me hungry ha ha.
This is the perfect size boat for the Great Lakes! I would like to have it in Michigan! 😃👍
It sure is!
Its a lot bigger than an RV, could be a nice live aboard. great video 2x👍
Thanks 👍
Nice outfit Victoria! It suits you well! ❤️🩹
The Galeon is attractively designed for a 42’ yacht. I am saddened that the shower is room for 1 but I guess we can play with our partners in the two person helm. Hello Fresh caught my attention with the provocatively phrased offer to spice things up. Lucky Rico !
Even your advertisements are entertaining! Great trailer style intro as well.
Glad you like them!🙏🏻🙏🏻💙
Sending support, love, and kindness from Lexington, Michigan, USA.
sending love back to you Brandy 💙🙏
A very nice starter yacht. I would buy this one for sure.
💙💙
Thanks y’all
hi guys nice video 18:38 my job is production of this kind of hoses ( i mean this yellow and black one we call it "vetus" 😁 ) , when i see in this yachts i'm surprising anyway have a nice day guys
NautiStyles, they aren't just cupholders. They are cups to hold your M&Ms, peanuts or candy, and Rico could use them to hold fresh cigars.
Great great video. Can you do a review on eiling e6 or e4 thank you
Am I correct in thinking that since I believe most marinas have 40 slips, so a 39ish foot boat would fit best and not be to much as far as the marina fees?
yeah, you can usually do 2-3 ft "overhang"
I think Galeon is my favorite yacht brand
Really like how much you can open up the cockpit.
Usually my Bridge Clearance concerns would applaud the low radar/ antenna/ light tower, but I'm wondering how dangerous it is when standing to be repeatedly hit with an operational radar. If anything, I'd look into actually raising that, but keeping it collapsible/ lowerable when needed.
I think you should buy 2 or 3 of these on the side for fun Victoria!
yeah, right!! 😝😝🙈🙈
Small cup holders are for champagne glasses.
nooo way!!! u think?
@@NautiStyles they slide in and stay put.
Great starter yacht.
agreed!
I am in the process of my captains education and I think I want to go for the Nordhavn 41 for my first little ship
Nice little boat.
Small cup holders are for wine glasses, shot glasses, y'know, containers with a smaller base diameter than a standard drinking glass. Red Bull too, they're more narrow compared to a normal soda can.
What they need are xtra large cup holders for king cans like a Foster's Lager or Molson Dry's Big & Tall cans.
Thanks 💙
A BABY!
...oh .. hello fresh 🥲
Would be cool if you could find a used Princess F45 and do a little compare/contrast or something like that.
Wow! aging well - I'd buy one (lottery win not withstanding!) Very nice compact boat! Clever too! Ta guys!
Thanks so much!
I guess I can address the elephant in the room..... lol That is a cute outfit and it accents your wonderful features well. Lucky man. ;)
😊🙈 thank you
"If you can not afford a brand new one", haha, I can't even afford the life raft on one of these, but I do like Galeons. If I were going to buy a smaller yacht to begin with (ok, if I could afford a yacht at all) then it would most likely be a Galeon. I really like their designs and innovations and I think that it would give you a good taste of what it would be like maybe live aboard a boat full time. And that's the dream.
Nice watch Sir Rico
Thank you kindly!
Would there be room for a seakeeper stabiliser on this boat?
"yeah, he can't wait to eat..." 😆😆😆
lol
I love the info on the food plan
Thanks Rob, we have been love it while we are home
The code doesn’t work for me
@@davidg3378 I didn't try it, just thought it was was nice for them to pass info like this along to us,
nice!!
i recomend to do a tour of the new targa 46
Love the outfit
wow.
oh, thanks!
Does any of the living area seating open into a bed.Apologies if I missed something. Great little boat.😁
Loved the video! Also, Victoria your outfit looks amazing. You look great in dresses too, however I’m always worried about a Marilyn Monroe type incident while filming…lol. Hope you both have a fantastic day!
Thanks Andrew, sorry to bust your dreams but I always wear shorts under my dresses 😝🙈😂🤷♀️
Guys, first of all I love your videos, thank you for the hard work!
Want to ask you, did you ever considered filming in 4k? I'm watching all this gorgeous yachts on a big screen and 1080 is slowly just no enough anymore :)
Thank you!
1080p is starter level....
@@Bubbles99718 i still remember when Color was brand new and if you wanted to watch a show you better be in front of the tv or miss the show
we did one video a couple of weeks ago in 4K... our new Gopro didn't do well, kept overheating:(( I think our videos are too long to film continuously in 4K
@@NautiStyles Thank You , I haven't gotten my 4k tv yet . Thank you for always putting the specs in the video .
Where are these boats made and what is the fit, finish and overall quality like?
