I’m glad que te fajaste. I always swear by it. Some friends that didn’t use it were left with a lot of loose skin but the ones who did fajarse were fine. I put on my girdle as soon as I left the hospital & my stomach is back to normal after 2 kids 🤧🤍🥺😍…. You can’t be lazy with us especially when you’re recovering bc your stomach is shrinking by the minute ☺️

Can’t you do a waist trainer after birth? I was looking to see how soon she started wearing fajas after birth and she didn’t say
@@607lovegirl I got the underwear that come with the girdle in a small. They barely fit but they weren’t as ínstense as a waist trainer. Once my belly went down a little like maybe 2 weeks after that’s when I started wearing my waist trainer. A few hours a day then slowly increased it to more hours. But I was always wearing the other underwear girdle. I never took it off for the first three months( of course I had different ones lol)

My mom past away long ago when I was young and my mother law just past away not too long ago so I felt so alone when it came to postpartum care and found this vid and it’s just made my stress go away. Don’t worry about the stretch marks and discoloration so much. Your body will naturally regenerate it took me until I was 4 months postpartum for the dark lines on my belly to fade and I’m going to be honest I only used regular lotion and applied it when my skin felt dry I didn’t stress so much about your belly will naturally go back to the way it was.

honestly it’s super cool that you’re doing this I’m 39 weeks pregnant and got a few stretch marks after literally putting like a million products everyday 3-5 times a day.
