This got me. My mom passed away this year, I’m 23 and I always wonder how the hell I’ll get through pregnancy and raising children without her. I actually got pregnant and regretfully had an abortion 4 months before my mom passed. I always wonder what my life would be like
I’m glad I listen to my mom too!!! I strongly believe in the whole taking care of yourself during the cuarentena, all five times I was able to bounce back 😅 even tho I ain’t planning on having no more kids, I’m still here 😊

Just for future reference... Walking makes a huge difference... Walking everyday while you’re pregnant is healthy not just for you, but for the baby. It makes it easier to give birth too, and that baby fat would also be easier to lose, or not even be there🤗 For new mommies, or moms to be, or whoever is trying... Walk! Walk! Walk!
Ugh thank you I needed to hear this. I know it’s true, and I know you made this comment a year ago. Not that it’s unique, I know a lot of women have certain medical issues, but I’m a going through a high risk pregnancy. I had 8 miscarriages before this pregnancy, and I have a blood clotting disorder so I’m on daily injections of medication, also dealing with some serious hypotension so I’m dizzy all the time. For the whole beginning of this pregnancy I’ve felt like I was made of glass. I kept waiting for another miscarriage always sure every little twinge was ‘it’ lol. I went from working out 5-6 days a week of lifting and running. Super fit and strong! To literally never really moving around. I don’t even really clean my house enough because Im afraid to fall down. Now I’m 27 weeks along and I feel a little more secure in the baby making it. She has a name and Im starting to relax and brighten up a bit. All my muscle tone is gone 😭 and I’m just like..okay girl you need to move your flippin body. I know I don’t need to do anything crazy, I literally just need to put on my stretchy pants and go for a walk. I kind of woke up today in a different mood. Like in the headspace for a change. So thanks for your comment, I needed someone outside myself saying something sensible.

You're so blessed! I was raised by a single dad so I didn't have anything like you had with your mom! I researched alot before getting pregnant & while pregnant. I had a c-section & wore a faja immediately after and for a couple months. My stomach went back flat in that short amount of time! Breastfeeding helped alot too! You look great girl!

you gave some great advice!! thanks for sharing! every woman should remember that your uterus stretched and grew for 9 months and when the baby comes out the shape will stay but shrink(contract) back over time. Don’t be hard on yourself because it can take you the full 9 months to get your body completely back again.

Omg Les, thank you for the sewing tip. Lol I have one for 2 years now, and haven't been able to buy another one. And this one ya no me aprieta.. It does help a lot. I bought one from karinalily too for almost 2 years ago with the slimming cream, and it did helped me with the bloating.. they helped me put it on, then at home my husband did too until I got the hang of it.. 🙌🏼

And I had 2 babies, currently 4months post partum and I never wore a faja..my mom was just like les's mom about the Cuarentena. The only thing I follow was not cook,not cleaning, and not going out for 40days...
First baby: wore no faja and belly went back to normal a month later.
Second baby: wore no faja and I have a mommy tummy.. I truly belive bodies snap back faster when you are younger.
