I am Asian, and I love that spicy noodle too! If you like you can re-create my recipe:
Boiled noodle in a pot
Thinly slice beef cook
Fried eggs(in a separate pan)
Chopped cabbage throw in with the eggs
Add cilantro/green onion
Add soy sauce
Add oyster sauce( it dilutes the spiciness a bit)
Now, cook the noodles with the rest ingredients. Stir stir until it’s evenly blend🤪
