Thanks man, it's such a cool little car honestly... I did the usual research like crazy before proposing it to the Mrs as her new car but, after the test-drive we were both in agreement it should be her next car haha

Forge do a nice airbox replacement as well. Although the 90 degree rotation of the pos battery terminal wires didn't stretch for me. Still got it fitted but didn't fancy yanking the loom any further :D
I use the same as you😎it is a good bov ，I just upgraded the blitz intake pipe ，the sound of this bov go louder 😂

Installed this with blood and sweat, that lower part is a pain in the butt without the right tools. But my opinion.. its sounds better then the HKS valve.

I have the same valve, but on another car. Do you notice the valve engaging while driving and letting off the throttle/gesr shifts? I only hear it while parked or during hard acceleration.
Do you know if it’s possible to adjust it without changing the spring?
Hi mate, it works all the time on the swift, only after hard throttle and a little boost is built but, yeah, it's audible. Maybe your cars under bonnet sound deadening is a tad better? Exhaust is a tad noisier?
@@Dan_AYP Perhaps. I have a Golf GTE, so these are two completely different cars to be fair. Reached out to Forge Motorsport and they said the same. I have a DSG so I don't hear it between shifts, only when letting of the throttle above 4k RPM. I'll remove the sound dampener under the bonnet to enhance the sound a little either way.

They certainly do, I did a video comparison on them all before buying this brand 👍
My old lady has just a diverter valve on hers cost 15$ aus & low revs you hear a flutter which sounds cool. Might delete the bov on hers

Does ur leaks at low rpm with 5 to 10% gas ? Mine hisses and wont go forward then sucks ass. Put stock back and 0 problems
Zero issues with mine. I could only assume you didn't reuse the O ring from your stock valve on the forge blocking plate?
@@Dan_AYP nope i used it. I made a video of the bov in my hand u can see it sticks sorry for the dutch haha forgot about it. From start the big piston is stuck. Then works 2x and 3de push its stuck agean. Couse the small piston cant hold boost. Terible made tbh
@@kd2833 ah, if it's sticking, it might be the internal mechanism. Dismantle it, lubricate it and check the internal components for damage. Or just return it for another one?
@@Dan_AYP it has lot of lube in it. Dunno why forge use tick grease other brands use thin oil and have no big o rings. Even ali valves i had 0 problems with. I send it back soon buth the prob wont refund me i gess couse i had it on the car.....PS cant go to the shop its other side of country lol els i showed them
@@kd2833 I just got mine and fitted it and mine wont vent, piston seems very stiff not sure if they sent with wrong spring or what, nice looking kit and fitment. disappointed that its not working as intended.

you've used the wrong allen bolts. Long one goes on the block off plate and short one goes on the P bracket ;) unless your kit only came with 1 allen bolt?
Mine only came with 1?
@@Dan_AYP ah ok they must have added the second Allen bolt in later kits or yours was just missing the 1 extra bolt.
Let me know your thoughts on the bov and let's be honest, it's louder than the car! Which needs to change
After having it on for quite a few months, do you find it a little on the loud side? in hindsight would you recommend this bov still or from another brand, like HKS? (which as I understand is a bit quieter)
