    The only problem of this model is the SBC, awesome system but expensive to fix. In The facelift the SBC was eliminated

      Hi I have a high mileage Mercedes 154k diesel. It still runs fine. Make sure you have service history with it and look out for oil leaks. Otherwise should be fine. Hope this helps.

      You can fit a Bluetooth adapter behind the stereo very easily and activate it using the original stereo

    • @carsyourdaddrove
      @carsyourdaddrove Před rokem

      @@George-nv1ri How do you install it? Is there a particular system to go for?

    • @George-nv1ri
      @George-nv1ri Před rokem +1

      @@carsyourdaddrove yes you need a Bluetooth adapter form ebay that fits the specific stereo, in mine it was the mercedes Audio 20 system, it has a port that connects to the aux port on the back of the head unit, you can then activate aux mode by holding the cdc button down on the stereo. This in turn activates the Bluetooth adapter. The tricky part is that you need to power it from the car there are many ways to do this but I chose to splice the power cables that go to the cigarette lighter socket as that only turns on when the ignition is on. You don't want it connected to anything that's on permanently as it will drain your car battery. Hope that helps! I believe there's a video on CZcams showing how to do it for a c class w203 but it's the same principle as the e class w211. I even did it in my clk and was the same.

      what are you going to do with that? When you drive you don't see the engine, that part is all about the mechanics that fix it.
