Flex would have to do dialysis like I have to do 3 days a week 4 hrs a day, I am up for a transplant, since I'm doing a cadaver transplant I'm on a 5 yr wait list

Dude I had surgery on my leg Ang when I was like 7 years old to enlarge my pee hole and had a catheter and just realized that’s why my shit sprays everywhere. I piss sitting down 75% I’m not gonna lie 😂 get tired of my wife bitching about it and I spray the width of the bowl so standing isn’t an option unless it’s a stand up! Have some empathy GUY
Yeah Guy seems like a very caring person in general. It’s what makes him a good host and selfless in many respects, but also what makes him shout at drivers or teenagers at the gym lol If he believes something is right or wrong, you will know about it
Nick be careful with bananas. Any little tiny black spots on them I supposedly full of mold. That mold eats through the peel and will get on to the banana even if you can't see it. Also, bananas one of the only fruits that isn't an antioxidant. It's almost useless except for fiber and a few other things but higher in but higher in sugar. Taste great but it's basically a useless and because of the mold problem with that, it's definitely something just to eliminate. Almost everybody who has been eating bananas multiple a day for years end up with stomach GI problems /colitis. My guess is because of the mold problem. Us bodybuilders have been throwing a banana into a shake forever. Throw some Frozen blueberries in the shake instead of a banana and never look back
