I want one that listens for my cat puking and then rolls out to that spot, cleans up the mess, dumps the water and then rolls back onto a charging base. Do they make that? Cause that is what we all want.
They did have one that picked up after dog pooped. I think the cameras were installed and they scanned for the familiar dog pooping pose and then a cleaner would be sent out to clean up after the dog. The video I saw was showing it for outside. I’m not sure if it was something that already existed or if it was a concept that they were working on. So, I think it’s very possible that we’d have the one that you’re talking about very soon. However unless you can put some sort of sensor/ mic onto a cat for it to recognise the puking and to send out a cleaning bot, it might be a massive invasion of privacy. As in - cameras and mics all over the house? No thanks, I’ll clean up the odd accidents myself without giving up my privacy 🙄
I have a couple questions. A customer on Amazon said that he loved his Bissell Spotbot. It eventually died because his water was extremely hard and he wasn't filtering it. He bought another one. The quality of the second one was very poor. It was made it China. He didn't say where the first one was made. Said customer said that the spot bots that were made in China were constantly leaking. Bissell was more than happy to replace each one. The last one that he received didn't leak, but after about a dozen cycles; Then some kind of internal thermal breaker would pop and the unit would stop. Have you experienced any of these problems before?
Looks like a great idea of a product. I for one could not scrub a spot for 3 or more minutes everytime a animal made a mess without getting frustrated this does exactly that! Also machines like rug doctors that you rent are just dragged over the carpet cleaning any one are just fora few seconds unless you go back and forth over it many times wich is a pain in the ass! Buy one from target or a big box store spend 7$ for the extended warranty that kicks in after the manufacturer and you should be fine for a few years most times they will just send you a gift card In the amount you paid being shipping is a pain
I was wondering why he didn't dump that water down the toilet or out the back door. Maybe he wanted to show us what a nice counter and sink he has in his bathroom.
Mine lasted about two years, then it started leaking. The detergent container would also leak, but where, I don't know. Then the I lifted it up one time and the whole handle connection came off...............
Always use distilled water for your carpet cleaners, steam mops, steam cleaners, etc! You can also run some white vinegar through it to help with any hard water deposits that may clog your machine! I try to do this once a month!
@@lalopez1221white vinegar doesn’t really dissolve the limescale as it’s only 5%. In Europe you can buy “vinegar essence” which come in different strengths (9%, 12%, 50%, 70%, 90%…) and then you dilute them to what you need. For simply running it through the appliance you need it slightly more potent. Not crazy like 50% or 90%, but definitely above 5%. Maybe somewhere between 7%-12%. Whenever we did our kettles, we’d take it outside as the vinegar smell is very strong.

Pour the dirty water in the toilet. Keeps your sink clean and the sink won't get stopped up with yuck.

I've got some set in stains. Like how long does the process take? 5 mins?
Mine is the same model. It has 2 options. Regular goes for about 3 minutes, and set-in again mode goes for about 6 minutes.

@@VictorZucchini I use 30% to clean mine
I bought one but then I just realized it doesn't heat the water.
Every the ad says it is!
My spot isn't dry after I use it
Mine either! 😠
Just go over it wit the hose a few times. Better than scrubbing the whole thing anyway in my opinion.
Yeah, my father explained it isn't desinged to make it totally dry. He uses the hose and then puts a towel down once it's just damp.
