I love the irony that they made the prettiest one in the movie the ugliest person. She makes me think of IG women, all looks no substance. Glad they gave her great character development.

Finally someone who cried in this song. I thought I was the only one😭😭😭😭 Especially when Isa says she's changing minds and Mirabel says "you've changed mine". I sobbed 'cause how beautiful it was. It was that feeling of mission accomplished, it perfectly closed the Isa-Mirabel arc, with Mirabel realizing how she was seeing Isabela the wrong way
This is the song that broke me completely and crying cuz I’ve been there having to be the perfect one and “not turn out like my siblings” the song they gave her not only a voice but let her be truly her and it was perfect

Love Isa, but can we get a moment to appreciate the speed of Mirabel going from resentful and jealous to being there for her sister the moment she realizes that Isa's been suffering too. Also, none of the flowers where Isabella was walking ever look crushed.or disturbed in any way. She either learned to walk through them that "perfectly" or she's regrowing them as she's walking. Bruh.

This is such a tribute to the LGBTQIA+ Community. Which brings me to the theory that maybe, Isabela is asexual. She doesn't want to marry Mariano - perhaps she doesn't really want to get married at all. But she was forced to do the deed because it's "for the family".

And that’s why she was so mean to Mirabel because Mirabel tattles on her.
