the first one is a short story i read years ago, the only difference is she was hurt in a bad accident and the reason she was so good in the fights is because it was her and not just her controling the beast. theres so many great short stories, if somebody hasnt done the giant spider one they should. its fkn awesome, imagine facing a giant tarantula in a forest, you can mesmerize it with flute music but you cant really play so you fake it. that works but everytime you hit an off key it takes a step or two closer. you cant move either or it breaks the spell.
Anyone who worked with Marines would know that you would be a superstar among Marines if you could turn into a werewolf.
That's why we are called Devil Dogs.. Grrrr... With all the tech we have today, I'm sure someone has tried augmenting the body.
I knew a couple guys who could do that.

Yeah dude, some of the stories in this and other seasons are quite hard hitting. It's a really good series - enhanced by the amazing animation styles
It also had me feeling emotional out of nowhere. I already knew where the story was going, but I unexpectedly felt tears forming behind my eyes when she was thanking the ship🥹
My favourite story is the Aquila Rift. That's scary being so far off lost in space and then getting stuck in an alien hive nest

Something I noticed, possibly easter egg. The city in the first short "Sonny's Edge", and the super advanced city in the last short "Ice Age" seem to be the same, with similar buildings and layout. The Egg shaped building is definitely there in both, and the more you look the more you realize how similar they are. Never seen anyone else mention this.

This show is as good as the black mirror, better than some cliched k-dramas. Would recommend to watch it
No, it isn’t. Black Mirror is ten times better, then again, it’s not a cartoon. Black Mirror isn’t afraid to confront TODAY’S ills instead of just draping agenda in sci-fi; it’s far less insulting to other people’s cultures and less predictable.
Although Black Mirror admits it was inspired by other sci-fi, it’s not literally stealing plots from Outer Limits.

@@lilheinz9496 it's literally in the same season, or the continuation season 2. They evolved a part of their body but that part is extremely crucial for their independency, so they literally conquered the world and owned & had fired missiles and even nuclears.

The spider creature is nearly an exact copy of an Outer Limits episode (btw, it stars “Will” from Will & Grace fame).
