Yes, you can add a Bluetooth proxy to any ESP32 device, so this should be no different, although I have not tried it, yet :)

Are there any that are not triggered by pets?

Yes and no... isnt that always the case lol.
Depends on the size of your pet and type of pet. For instance, a cat that jumps up on the ledge where the sensor might be located is going to look HUGE to a mmWave sensor.
But in general you can "tune" many of the sensors, such as the MSR2 to exclude small pets.
