      -- it’s a fully contained site, water is collected and purified, this is a legal requirement for any properly regulated landfill...

    What’s the point of this? Isn’t it just easier/cheaper to dump the waste in the ocean?

      Maximum hardcore they used to do that especially along the Eastern seaboard but now it all just goes directly to the landfill and besides that to it becomes a environmental hazard to the marine life if one was to dump garbage from barges being towed out.

      @@bryanharrington4358 not with a proper scrubbing system. most coal and trash fired power plants built today have zero emmision scurbbers on them. however the government wont tell you that as it doesnt fit the green energy bill.

    I know im part of the problem its so bad all that is going to b baried like it is a way of removing it hahaha of corse if heard dumps are great mephane gass power makers and can even turn into great sporting events ski slopes the old dump in my town is a great big hil you would never even realise its a dump after 30 years
