Yeah how it's sorted would be interesting for sure. I was wondering what the purpose of shredding all that mixed stuff in the second segment. Perhaps they use a magnet to draw out the metal bits or something.
I understand you, i had the same feeling for everything that got destroyed. From burning letters (that contained personal information) in a campfire to cars getting crushed... I felt sorry for those things But i no longer have that feeling.
Some of those cars on the racks where they really made a mini-mini van look better than my car! That vacuum cleaner nearly leaped out of the jaws of death. LOL. Just think, that car was once someone's brand new pride and joy.
I was thinking that it was a Malibu but it looked cool whatever it was . I wonder if it was a pissed off wife that took it in because someone for sure would have bought it if it was for sale.🥺
*Monster Car Crusher from hell never even slowed down. Why do I get such a big kick out of watching shredders? My paper shredder takes on new meaning since I started watching these shredder videos a few years ago.*
Most of these are not crushers, they are called shredders. I used to work at a company that manufactured industrial shredders, called Shredding Systems Inc.
Cyanide is 20 minutes of discomfort. Life is 800,000 hours of slowly dying. Cancer an heart problems can be over 50,000 hours of pain. The slow machine if it's head first only a few seconds before the meet n greet with Jesus. It's the fear factor that gets ya the most. After a year of heart pain me an my doctors didn't care anymore. That first machine is the most wonderful thing ever invented by mankind. I'm not ashamed to say that I could sit and watch that thing eat cars all day long. (Perhaps I should be, though.)
think for every bad driver out there that dont care about anyone safety the ones miss up 3 times & didnt learn sure be force to watch there car they put $1000+ in it crush like this
The entire video, all I could imagine is what a human body would look like in one of those things. And how excruciatingly painful it would be to go in feet-first....
lol i saw a CRT TV in that video haha i have an old old CRT TV my parents got when before i started school and WOW to this day that TV still works and functions !
Probably be good with some exodus - toxic waltz or behemoth - slaves shall serve, belphegor sex dictator lucifer, discipline thru punishment. Now imma have to mute the vid an try it out
Having gone to junkyards for many years, I see most consumer goods are repairable by handyman- mechanics, ( often small problems)but the avg person doesn't have the skill or would prefer to not spend time fixing it. So it's discarded.
Factoring in labor and materials costs these repairs are often higher than the residual value of the item being discarded. And, a new one is only a few mouse clicks away...
@@resetsetmefree478 i know about that, i was replying about the cars they destroy with small mechanical/cosmetic problems, more ecofriendly if you just repair them.
6:40 Surprised that they don't cut the power cords off the appliances first. It would avoid having to regularly manually remove the cords wrapped around the shredder shafts and easily separate the copper-rich cords.
And here we were supposedly recycling all this shit. But in all of these crusher videos, they are simply crushing plastics, wood, glass, metals, whatever, all together. You're gonna tell me that we're recycling all of this stuff?
I have always thought one (or a couple) of these would be a great tool for cleaning up a zombie apocalypse. Just feed them in there like an old fashioned buffalo jump.
dang man those rims looked fly I'm watching this late at night to and I had this over whelming thought of if the mob ever used these " to make someone disappear"
Once crushed and broken into pieces, the mixture is easily separated. Think about it, first of all there are materials that float, items that sink in water. Items that are magnetic and items that are not. Everything on earth has a melting point, melt out the plastics, raise the temp and melt out the lead, higher temp and the copper, silver, tin, aluminum etc. When everything looks to be reduced, then items can be chemically removed.
@@DcaCo123 ...however, if it's not easily separated, then they just melt down the unseparated amalgam to make inferior building material...where do you think foreign cars come from?
I’m all for this process. I would love to see a before and after video of garbage being ground up. I want to see the mass difference between them. I believe all land fills should have these massive machines to reduce the amount of space garbage takes up. I know the dozers would compact trash if it was small piece’s. Thusly reducing space.
Coming up next : the most challenging car restoration job ever .......
If it's all there,, she should go together...lol
Nothing a blowtorch, 12 million piece puzzle experience, and a little bit of technical know how can’t fix
Damn what a waste.
😂😂😂😂😂👍👍🙂
Sure, that will buff right out.
And on the other side Christine puts herself back together with some Little Richard playing in the background
Good movie
lol
Was that not wildly satisfying???
Even Christine ain't coming back after this one.
Classic👍🏾
Tony Soprano would have loved this
That was once someone's pride and joy, cleaned and polished every weekend, and admired 😎
Not no more…
The car? The vast majority of cars are not appreciated that much
Now, it's the Brand New 2023 Ford Puzzle
wasnt mine then.
A follow-up showing how the different materials are sorted and separated and where they go for recycling would be interesting.
i disagree this is by far the best part of the process
Yeah how it's sorted would be interesting for sure. I was wondering what the purpose of shredding all that mixed stuff in the second segment. Perhaps they use a magnet to draw out the metal bits or something.
Can you just see that as the creamation society?
It's late at night and I'm watching this. Big machines are fascinating.
Qq

Now thats what i call proper crunching and the first machine that ate that car was magnificent, more like this please.
The torque rating of the motors driving the wheels must be unreal.
Probably has a gear box.
I don't know why but this just tears my heart out.
its for the good of the world, metal aint cheap
I understand you, i had the same feeling for everything that got destroyed. From burning letters (that contained personal information) in a campfire to cars getting crushed... I felt sorry for those things
But i no longer have that feeling.
This is how I try to slowly eat pretzels in bed so my wife doesn’t wake up
U should soakem insider so they don't crunch when u munch
I love cars more than most people... this is murder.
I have a feeling that not even the radio in “Christine” would survive the shredder in the first clip.
I imagine many of gangsters have put bodies in the back of cars that have been shredded.
Lol I thought the same thing. Put em right through with their car.
Maybe that's why they didn't show the trunk part being devoured?
That could have been Jimmy Hoffa.
for the last 3 days, i've been thinking about "pulp fiction", , "clean the damn car"...
9:07 - "I'm a BMW - nobody's gonna put me in there!"

I wonder if these things were around when Jimmy Hoffa disappeared. Could explain a lot.
That will never be solved. I truly believe flames had something to do with it.
When is a 1992 Buick Le Sabre worth as much as a 2018 Bugatti?
When they are both run through that machine.
Same as a '77 ford mustang. Actually, the value of the mustang is increased.
Alot of these crushers will often slow down or stop and reverse direction under extreme loads- not THIS ONE - AMAZING
I"m guessing a person wouldn't want to fall into this.
Well, the experience will be mind blowing I guess.
sure glad you put that explanation of how the wood chipper worked!
The first car made me sad. Those old Audi 4000s are cool!

Yet they get stuck on flat wall.
It was a valiant effort from that vacuum

There you go, a complete car, not someone's old used filing cabinet.
Kinda sad knowing that car was once someones pride and joy and seeing it getting slowly chewed up into kibble is in a way sad.
These ASMR videos are legit, so relaxed right now.
The power of heavy metal .
Just think, people had loans on those cars at one time.
This machine has no mercy...even the engine block attempted to avoid the inevitable until it submitted
It was the intake manifold. For the last 20 years or so they’ve been made of plastic and they leak like crazy. Shows the times we are in
Just cast metal
Getting crushed to death in one of those machines must be one of the most horrific ways to go!
....especially going in feet first...and, just to make matters more horrific, the machine jams at the waist...reminds a little of "Jaws"...

That last machine ate that steel plate like nobody's business.
Boa noite incrível essas máquinas
I need one of those machines, to take care of my neighbor's car 🚗 💥
Take care of your neighbors car, house and family too , judging by that first monster machine!💥😼👨👩👦👦🚘🚗🏠💥
No problem...I will sent it tomorrow, just give the time and place.
It's amazing how much stuff is in the world.
And most of it is just junk. It will be recycled back into more junk.
The convulsions of the pieces looks like a living thing, struggling to escape. This video is hypnotic, grabs the eyeballs and won’t release.

I wonder what Rob Zombie would do with one of these in a movie?
This is the Protective Custody section of the prison.
Yes but I wonder if be realy gross
That engine just didn't want to get sucked into the black hole of destruction!
That’s my dream job right there. This should be the fate of all modern cars.
I could use one of these for my wife's meatloaf.
Some say that these machines are made from your wife's meatloaf !!
You better hope she doesn't see this.
...these machines come with a disclaimer about not throwing any meat loaf into them because it will cause them to jam and damage the shredder blades!
This is more like it. A crusher that can crush an entire car! Please give us more.
Legit crushing video. The appliances bouncing around in the crusher was a personal favorite.
they suddenly realised they have a life and tried to escape haha.
The entire video, all I could imagine is what a human body would look like in one of those things. And how excruciatingly painful it would be to go in feet-first....
And I thought that the shredder I saw on CZcams the other day was a beast!
They skipped the block going down, kinda wanted to see it.
yeah, me too.
I just dont understand the grass, steps, and flowers next to the crusher.
I don't think it did, a solid cast iron block is probably too much so they went in and pulled it out.
@@ridefast0 correct lol, they pulled the valves off and finished the video
The second one without the high wall is dangerous.
Can you imagine if that thing got ahold of your foot, and nobody was around to hit the emergency stop button?
That would hurt.😮
That's why you don't go near it when it's powered up.
Bummer
And you thought your old microwave oven that you donated to Goodwill would spend the rest of it's days in some nice old lady's kitchen...
Every time I watch a video where a car is being compacted in a junk yard its either a Pontiac 6000SE or a Chevy Celebrity.
They don't have enough for me...
lol i saw a CRT TV in that video haha i have an old old CRT TV my parents got when before i started school and WOW to this day that TV still works and functions !
My father's old b/w Philco (circa 1949), still played on after his death in '83.
"No, my car!" - Recycling plant boss who just laid off his shredder operator and claw operator.

Great video. ♡ T.E.N.
I’d like to borrow the first machine to use on cars that park in front of fire hydrants!
....and my driveway.
That’s one good car horn, it never stopped blowing even after being mangled.
That's the sound of the crushers hydraulics not the car horn
Can you get these on Amazon?
what are you gonna do with this thing
I love the last section with the cheerful, upbeat music playing to video of large objects being slowly shredded.

This is a shredder, know the difference .
Отличный метод разборки двигателя 🤣🤣🤣👍👍😁

That vacuum cleaner was a champ.
Quite a comment on American consumerism. I'd like to know how these shards are repurposed, particularly wood and plastic.
