    The Treaty of Waitangi is just an amendment to the 1835 Declaration of Independence of NZ (DOI). The DOI currently exists Under Part 13 of Te Ture Whenua Māori/Māori Land Act 1993/94, see, Preamble Sections 2,4,5,129,144,247,250,252,253,253A, 270,271. & 284/93 and Section 268 (3) of section 17 of Te Ture Whenua Amendment Act 1994.

    I been exercising whakaputanga for 13 years now under Common law and seen there been some fraud statements for example tranfer of sovereignty to parliament and the maori declaration of independence (whakaputanga) been revoked by the government which is illegal because it was an a agreement by maori and the crown
    But one thing i don't get is you go out hunting on the whenua to get a kai nothing more than what you need and get told if you don't have a permit you will get trespass off your own whenua 🤔 and get your wild kai taken by a American company called the NZ Police 🤔 then you give them the "i do not wish to contract" or "i don't answer questions" but get arrested anyway and your kai get taken off then you report your poaka and gear stolen 😂😂 from NZ police but you can't without contracting to them so you do give them your details and revoke your contacts after you told them your statement 😂 then you take them to the Supreme Courts and then you get get your stuff back and still don't get a feed of pork i reckon more maori should be educated under whakaputanga and specially the police

      Just a big warning if you do exercise the whakaputanga you gonna be judged like a criminal and be forced to fail by intelligence and police with miss information and it takes big mana to walk that way with out your roro becoming porangi

      We know the truth. They’re a dishonest people and their system should claps. They’re building on our lands. My Auntys been a judge for about 6 years. She hasn’t looked into our archives yet. My Grandfather on my English side was a judge and town Mayer. Wouldn’t been good if he had gotten into with my other grandfather, chief of ngati kuri. Outlived his 6 younger brothers, about 2 he lost at WWII. Became president of lions club. Follower of ratana religion (which according to wiki doesn’t fall under a religion of NEW ZEALAND)(I believe it, this is Aotearoa)The man was a true Maori Kingi not a Christian. And ofcourse he married a ngati whatua princess

      Thats because they pull you in through express trust.
      He Whakaputanga still sees NZ in its infant state ... I.e of unsound mind.
      To establish the higher claim, be the settlor... the nonresident settlor.
      Res = thing
      Ident = image
      Set lor = sets the lor
      We all have equal claim to these lands for it is only the now time contract in nature. We are all of nature, no matter our race, religion or belief

    The NZ settles got the right to make laws for themselves under the NZ constitution Act1852, section 71 of that Act says lay off Māori govern themselves under their own laws. In 1986 they breached section 8 of the Statutes of Westminster Act 1931 and chopped their head off by abolishing the NZ Constitution Act 1852.

    I noticed they skipped in May 1836 King William 4th granted Maori Sovereignty over their lands, also Peeni Henare saying Maori ceded Sovereignty, their Coalition Partner Debbie Ngarewa Packer saying the opposite a week ago

    It is a proclamation of Sovereign State, not a declaration of independence. In 1835 who were we declaring independence from? Nobody. That is why it is not a declaration of independence. Simple really.

    ...His Majesty by right of his prerogative. It is true that, technically, the legal estate (shadow) is in His Majesty, but this legal estate is held subject to the right of the Natives, recognized by the Crown, to the possession and ownership of the customary lands which they have not ceded to the King, and which His Majesty has not acquired from them, see, paragraph [140]
