50+ Former British Protectorates have gone through a process where at a certain time in history an agreement for rights of nationals/indigenous and the obligations of settlers/crown was signed. Then at another time following this agreement a unification/succession process of the 1st Nations was made to succeed ownership of the estate returning the nation back to its former state prior to colonisation. He W(h)akaputanga 1835 was saluted by a 21 Gun Salute of honor in signing one nation under Maori, where as 5 years later a partnership of two peoples underminded the future of unity and peace, hence the invasion of New Zealand began. When did the partnership turned to dictatorship? In 1840. In a marriage gone wrong divorce proceedings takes place and the abuser must relinguish the reigns of power to the victim in this case the original first signatory of dignatories of the land.
