Perhaps at some point someone could do a complete tour of this gym. What kind of flooring and is the flooring the same throughout? Is there a turf area to run sleds on indoors or outdoors? For that matter are there any sleds? What kind of Dumbells? Is there more than one area with DBs? What kind of squat racks, how many, and where are they located? What kind of bars are there? What kind of plates? Grip handle plates and Olympic plates? What is the lighting and is the lighting the same throughout? Is there a posing room with appropriate lighting? What kind of free standing benches are there? Are the benches in different areas? Who owns the building and the land it is on.? Single pieces of equipment built for a specific muscle group are important for bodybuilders but there is a lot more that contributes to a good gym.
