Been following Ryan and Rob with their Wrexham journey, they really are ok, they ‘get it’ about our football and they respect the people so much, I’m pleased for Wrexham cos these two are proper decent blokes, Man U, Salford
I think it’s wonderful what they are doing at Wrexham. A reminder that sports can be used in wonderful way to inspire communities and unite. It’s just a fun story, and playing my team Man utd in the preseason. Wonderful

It is actually both. Technically what we call football isn't called that either. It is Association Football. Most of the world just shortened it by dropping the "Association" part since Association Football was the more popular of the three types of football. American, Canadian and Australian rules football all evolved from the second type of football...rugby. Both rugby and Association football evolved from the original real form of football...Shrovetide football. Early British slang was to add an "er" to things to shorten them. A ten pound note became a "tenner". A five pound note became a "fiver". A dockworker became a "docker". And Association Football became "soccer". I am guessing this is because they didn't want to call it "asser". Calling it football is a fairly recent development. Only wankers get bent out of shape over semantics like that...especially if they know the history of the game.
Edit: To be clear, that is why Wrexham have the AFC abbreviation in the name. Wrexham Association Football Club is their unabbreviated name.

He deserves to get paid millions per movie because his work directly makes the studios hundreds of millions. He was literally the driving force to get Deadpool made. That was a project he worked on for over 5 years before even getting a green light. He used his money from movies to start Aviation Gin, which he sold for over $600 million US. He also bought a 30% stake in Mint Mobile that just sold to T-Mobile for over $1 billion US. He also started his own marketing agency as well. His Twitter bio says it best "entrepreneur and part-time actor".
