Day 4 | Backpacking Europe | Plovdiv, Bulgaria

On our second day in Bulgaria, we took a 2-hour bus ride to Plovdiv, the second-largest city in Bulgaria, 150km from Sofia, and spent a lovely day there.
There were lots of great sights to see, and nice restaurants and cafés in the Old Town.
We loved the cobblestone streets, ancient Roman ruins, beautiful churches, colourful Renaissance houses and unique architecture here.
