A return to one of my favorite series, Fire Emblem! This time going back to FE Awakening and its main theme, Id (Purpose)! I had previously covered Id (Serenity) a few years ago, so this time I wanted to try something different with the Purpose version of the song-- so I decided to take a more jazz-fusion-y approach instead of the original orchestral arrangement. This led to trumpet and piano leads with bass and drums (and an organ in the 4/4 section). I unfortunately didn't have enough time to record video, so it's just audio this time! This is also my entry to this month's /r/PixelMixers contest!

Id Purpose is up there with Sunshine Coastline and You Will Know Our Names as one of my favorite game tracks, so I may be biased, but man this was great to listen to! I got chills when the main body of the song started up after the piano intro haha

Thanks! And honestly, no clue😆The trumpet is a recording of me, the piano and organ are presets on my keyboard, and the drums and bass are programmed VSTs
