It is not your fault that you are still mentally colonised, try reading widely, especially from African scholars.

If u are upper middle income in south Africa then u can live very decent life in Uganda coz the cost of living is quiet cheap in housing and food. Hung out around universities, or shopping malls or high end bars in kololo , ntinda , Entebbe or naalya u will find very fine ladies who are ready to date. Other places u may find it difficult to date coz some ugandan gals are not an easy hook up first time. But around makerere university suburbs and hostel. MuBS , KIU, etc u are sure😂😂😂
