Having a bunch of puppets is great because they have their own focus trees and you get more factories through them, but it really does kill the game performance
The USSR has decisions to send ultimatum to the Balkans and their foreign policy allows a lot of peaceful expansion. I would like to see you go on in this same vein and show how much Stalin can expand without war.

This was REALLY weird. CCCP would have no reason to invade Finland unless Germany first took half of Poland. Also CCCP collapsed all to easy compared to Operation Barbarossa. The beginning of Operation Barbarossa was that H1tl3r convinced St4l1n to kill all his best officers. That never happened in your scenario.
Stalin was a greedy bastard with imperialist ambition, so it's honestly not that weird for him to invade even if Hitler didn't.

In fact Soviets would never attack Finland if not being paranoid of Finland immediately joining Germany in its war with Soviet Union. Devs should consider Soviet AI to be calmed down and restrained against Finland in case Germany is peaceful.
