Fantastic episode - this is info I haven’t encountered elsewhere and I’ve read a lot of books on astral projection. A bit of a delicate question: You’ve talked about how deceased addicts can feed off the energy of substance abusers. Similarly, Monroe describes a deceased man trying to satisfy his own urges by witnessing a sexual encounter (I think he ends up in the Human Pile). I wonder how much of our activity, esp. sexual activity, is being observed or “feasted upon” in this way. Is it only degenerate behavior, or is it anything a bit naughty? Are even my late night chocolate cravings being cultivated by deceased chocoholics?🙈
Chocolate is a powerful drug, right up there with meth, cocaine, and opiates! 😜 Anything is possible! Lower Astral addicts tend to congregate in either their favorites haunts when they were alive, or centers for their degenerate cravings. Dive bars, drug trap houses, bordellos, etc., are good examples. These places are where the energy is strong enough to attract lower spirits like flies to honey.
I have known about astral projection since 2014~2015 but never tried it because I heard that you can "get stuck out of your body" or that scary beings will take over your body while your not in it. so I just forgot about for years. But I found your channel and you really Ignited my interest again in this topic. I will try it soon, thanks!
Have you ever tried doing a specific mantra while astral traveling? If so did you notice a difference in your energy levels. Mantras like 🕉 or namah Shivaya etc.

Anything that helps the projector to maintain his conscious focus and energy levels would be helpful.
tried chanting "Om" while out of body this morning. what happened was my astral body went back to my bed.

Yes, particularly in college. I studied the Lesser and Greater Keys of Solomon along with the Golden Dawn to name a few.
