- The Assassin's Creed wrist mounted crossbow is one of the most famous weapons on the internet. Many channels including this one have presented their versions of it, some more impressive than others. But so far none of those devices ever had any serious power.
This comes to an end now! See a wrist mounted crossbow that has serious power. The 19.2 gram arrows fly at 70 m/s, enough to propel them through an extra tough block of ballistic gelatin and through both sides of a coconut.

Eh.. most feds and many of the army/navy/airforce units do use european weapons, tho. Afaik, most police corps rely on Glocks and Berettas, some use SIGs. These are all european pistols, fine sir. However, this mostly just counts for the smaller arms, obviously.
But I don't think they'd be using ANY european weapons if yours were above them all.
That said, this doesn't mean that the americans aren't capable of building some nice things.
I wouldn't say the best. Any and every gun has pros and cons.

Don't you think that the 1K Joule gun should have some sort of shielding on top of it over the barrel and the air tank? I mean, I understand that this stuff is all rated well above and beyond what you are using it for, but a single failure could very much prove to be lethal.
The sort of shield you'd need to protect him from this sort of pressure will most likely make the "toy" too heavy to pick up. These are disgusting pressures and would require some serious armour to keep anyone safe.

yeah, that's the confusing thing about that. in germany you have some safety rules, but when you ignore them it's just your own fault. and when there are no specific rules, it doesn't mean you don't have to use your brain. most of us would never come up with the idea to sue anyone for our own stupidity. that doesn't mean that we're less stupid (at least some of us from time to time), but we just feel more embarrassed to blame others for it.

You can get them airtight (PTFE is a must in any case), but the chances that they end up forming a perfect "U" are very small.
ow ... i'm not used to metal plumbing... i had made some potatoe canon with hair spray as fuel but it was made of PVC ^^ with many shapes ( in line, 180 angle and even a concentric one)
PVC isn't a problem as you can use glue, plus you work with low pressure in comparison. If you use metal fittings with threading, then it is a question of random at what point the connection becomes tight enough.

That is possible (but not easy to make), but the power would go down with every shot.
but then again... 5 tanks and 5 arrows parralel would be devastating too, but firing them in a sequence could be tricky with the whole mechnism. Still.. I trust you to come up with somthing... and if not, then another weapon :D
