Ooooh I’m cautiously optimistic and excited for this. I too haven’t heard anything new from them since the American Idiot album! They’ve been one of my favorite bands since I discovered them in middle school in the 90s so I’m really excited to watch this for my 1st time also with you!
This is my second fave band, second only to The Beatles, since i was 11 and I'm 35 now. You HAVE to listen to 21st Century Breakdown and Nimrod albums! They put on the best live show I've ever seen. The Saviors album comes out in January! I've been obsessed woth them since I saw the Minority video when i was 11, and thats when i turned into a baby punk ❤ also, i love the Misfits as well, i LOVE your mug! First your Boys Boys Boys shirt, now the mug!
I honestly would love a reaction from you for both 21st Century Breakdown and Revolution Radio (the albums). I honestly rank those two equally high as American Idiot (obviously not in cultural importance but personal employment) which 21st Century Breakdown probably even being my favorite GreenDay Album full stop. I am pretty new to GreenDay and honestly don't quite understand the general vibe I get online that anything after American Idiot was bad. To me there are somewhat on a ping pong since 21st Century Breakdown with one bad and then one great project. Revolution Radio was 2016 and is honestly one of the best albums I have heard in years with at least 4 stand-out songs (even one that is on par with their Rock-Opera work by being more complex) yet most people almost seem to forget that it exists at all (there are even basically no reactions online for it) So while I can see that you couldn't get into GreenDay by the fact that this is the only video I am still hoping for reactions to these albums. I really want to know if I am the odd one out here loving both of these projects or if there is some basis to that for others at well
I saw Green Day live back in 2017. It was one the best concerts that I've ever been to. So glad to see that they're rocking.

21st Century Breakdown is good. The trilogy is you either love or hate it. I love parts of it. Revolution Radio is amazing. Father of all is a skip.
