New luxurious casino resorts like Solaire North and Westside City Resorts. And let's not forget the MALLS....so many are being constructed, expanded or renovated- Greenhills Mall, Parqal Mall, Gateway 2 Mall, and One Ayala Mall are the newest! Travel Agencies should arrange Christmas tours in Metro Manila or bigger geographic one’s showcasing areas with Christmas lights on streets and city sections to include stopovers and terminate with a”noche buena” type dinner. Weekend ones would be the best when traffic is light. This can start from November to New Year. The Philippines should advertise as the best Christmas celebratory country in the World.

Christmas is a big attraction. Still, the majority of Europeans love Christmas, and no atheist and Christian haters can change that. The Philippines have a very unique Christmas culture, it's very special, very long, and without snow. So a big yes to the Christmas lights tour, and they better hurry up, because other Asian countries are catching up with Christmas decorations. Thailand this year has really stepped up with its Christmas lights show. Also, even Asians who don't have Christmas put up Christmas decorations in their home country, right there tells you how popular Christmas really is around the world.

Aside from the place, the Philippines has English-speaking people who can communicate effectively with foreigners. Most importantly, their hospitality is incomparable.
Many thanks to all the vloggers (local and foreign) who promoted the Philippines. Though there are still that needs to be improved on, I hope the govt. specially the tourism dept. as well as the LGU will also listen to the vloggers about their observations that needs to pay attention to like the scammers ex. transportation fares and rentals, theft and robbery etc. etc. They should also monitor the hotels/hostels, Inn's, lodging houses, bed spacers and other services for that matter regarding the cleanliness, safety and the basic amenities of these establishments. Check and monitor the Travel agencies that operates in the Phil's. so as to avoid scams. (I hope the dept of tourism and the travel agencies will also come up with a uniform prices depending on the type of accommodation just like with other countries). Once NMIA opens, I want to see additional direct flights from elsewhere throughout the world going as far as Atlanta in terms of direct flight distance that connects Manila. For United Airlines, every UA hub airport should have direct flights to Manila (SFO, LAX, DEN, IAH, ORD, IAD, and EWR). NAIA should be demoted to a domestic airport forcing the use of Clark and NMIA as the main international airports of the Philippines. I also want to see direct European flights to Manila return using NMIA.

They are building an underground subway you know like in New York. It is supposed to be completed by the year 2028.

I was really surprised on Manila being selected as the city to be seen.
It is maybe partly, due to the works of the Philippine Department of Tourism and partly, due to the so many foreign vloggers who have been in the country and still are coming.
Foreign vloggers for sure.....the lack lustre and extra lame DOT has nothing to do with it. Our government is far too corrupt.

I've never doubted my very own country, the PHILIPPINES! Since grade school, we were taught in school that Philipines is a country blessed in Natural resources & Beauty! The only sad part is that, it isn't fully developed, since the monetary richness is just controlled by a few people. And not really used where it's intended to be! But regardless, I'm glad, Philippines still tops it all! What about more if it would be fully developed? Sana po, lalo nyo pa pong pagandahin ang Pilipinas! 😊

Aren't you able to use your critical thinking and figure by yourself? This video is a pack of lies. Philippines is very far behind in terms of everything. There's no sewer system in most of the country. The infrastructures are decadent. How can you expect Philippines to be a destination of choice?

Once NMIA opens, I want to see additional direct flights from elsewhere throughout the world going as far as Atlanta in terms of direct flight distance that connects Manila. For United Airlines, every UA hub airport should have direct flights to Manila (SFO, LAX, DEN, IAH, ORD, IAD, and EWR). NAIA should be demoted to a domestic airport forcing the use of Clark and NMIA as the main international airports of the Philippines. I also want to see direct European flights to Manila return using NMIA.
PAL and American Airlines just recently signed a codeshare partnership that can help each other in bringing travellers to cities across the Philippines and the US.

Metro Manila is so diverse It consists of 16 highly urbanized cities: the City of Manila, Caloocan, Las Piñas, Makati, Malabon, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Parañaque, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan, Taguig, and Valenzuela, and one municipality: Pateros. The best destination for tourist and expat are Makati city and Bonifacio Global City (BGC).
