Do you know why Zombie is a god to me? His music rescued me out of the deep depression I was in due to my traumatic brain injury. That's right, Rob Zombie! Power to the people!
Power to you! You made it through! \m/
Good! Now snort speed and worship satan and never hurt your brain again, m'kay!! \m/
Thatâs good stuff brother⊠keep fighting!
Wow! I hope more people read this and are inspired! Rob's amazing and never stops!! More human than human, right?đ€
Lol I'm born during a full moon..
I get it..
Digging the funky 70's breakdown in the middle. Great song.
Holy fuck, this is the Zombie I've been looking for.
I ain't digging it. Now electric warlock was gold.
I'm getting white zombie vibes!!!!
@@marsoblivi0n945 It was an ok album imo far from bad.
@@marsoblivi0n945 I think his new shit slaps way harder than his older stuff, but I'm also 26, and it's a matter of taste really.
Then what you're looking for is Ministry. If I would have heard this song on the radio without knowing it was Rob, I would have immediately assumed this was Ministry.
2 minutes into the song before his first use of the word "yeah". That's gotta be some kind of record.
Yeah
Yeah
You're right
The first minute more like
I could be wrong but I donât think he says the word âyeahâ once on the entirety of the electric warlock album
It's like I'm 12 again, 'borrowing' my dad's albums.
My dad had Astro-Creep 2000 when I was about 16 or so. I loved the cd and asked for it for my next birthday!!! Been a die hard fan ever since.
When I was 12 I had my mom get me Tom Petty's "Wildflowers" album for Christmas and I never actually got that cd it just stayed in her collection. lol Sometimes it goes the other way.
@@SpaceTimeManipulatorSTM Hehehehehe, I LOVE Tom Petty!
Now I feel old lol
@@canadianelite same, I was 12 back when la sexorcisto came out. đ”
Love how Rob took the best musicians Marilyn Manson ever was graced with.
I mean youâre right if my lead singer kicked me in the head Iâd probably join a different band myself
He needs Riggs, John 5 is a incredible shredder, but Riggs fit Zombie perfect
I love Marilyn Manson was an obsessive Mansonite on the 90âs/ early 2000âs and even though he will always be special to me! RZ has remained true for the most part. I donât have a Marilyn Manson tattoo but several RZ tatts!
I didn't see Skold there.
He needs Jay Yuenger back!!!
I had this album on in the garage, and right when the driving guitar and drums kick the song off, my 4 y/o daughter started yelling, "this is wolf music, this is wolf music" .... I'm just like, holy shit....it is wolf music...right from the beginning apparently. Great song to ride her bike to~
Wolf music, yeah! Your daughter nailed it
This feels like one of those albums that blends together everything of Rob's career. The guitar and funk are very La Sexorcisto, with mixing and electronica sampling like Astro Creep, with writing still very much like Rob's solo stuff.
It's a shot of nostalgia right in the veins.
This album seems very promising, and sounds like his Older Stuff
That's exactly what I said and god do I hope your right
Yeah I guess fewer distractions in 2020 will produce a ton of great music for 2021 :-D
YES! It does! đ
Yeah it does...but that fockin album title is ridiculous!! Haha
If only we could get Jay Yuenger back on guitar! John 5 and him would be a force to be reckoned with!
The neighbours are gonna love this record
All hail Wolf Zombie !
The neighbors deserve a Zombie
I'm gonna make my whole neighborhood like this song đ
@@melissaivy5199 My kinda girl
Good to know i'm not the only one listening music with neighbours:)
I'm liking this. It sounds more like white zombie then his solo stuff
Yeah this takes me all the way back to high school
I agree love it just like the old days
Thought the same thing.
Than not then
Agreeđ€đ€
Three decades later, he's still got it. Long live Rob Zombie!
It's been a long time since I was excited about a new Rob Zombie release, but here we are :)
The last album was so good though
If arcades still existed we know what everyone would be talking aboutđ¶đđ
Whatâs happened? White Zombie were AMAZING one of the best bands, then they split and Rob Zombie came along and the first two albums were really good not White Zombie good but still good. The more time Rob is away from the music scene the worse the music gets. Get White Zombie back together and letâs get real
@@wayneguiry1244 đ
Great avatar. Is it from The Evil Dead (2013)?
Reminds me of the Old School White Zombie that we all use to know and loved.
I still remember when I saw him in concert. I high fived him as he was walking through the audience.
Me too! Really fuckin cool show in Tucson!!!
I actually got to meet him august 2019 in Fort Wayne
@@derekharper7658 that's so cool!!
@@ChrisW777 he was such a cool dude to talk to. 10/10 would do it again
Best gosh darn electric bluegrass song I've heard in decades! Can really hear his gospel roots in the lyrics when played backwards too! Warm and fuzzy feelings for all!
Another step in the right direction. This is no "Hellbilly Deluxe", but will probably be his best album since then. Glad he's returning to his more old skool sound.
I wasnât sure if this album was going to be a mixed bag when it came to his vocals, but so far it seems to be consistent with his old school soundđ€đ»
Old school, get rid of the electronic sound effects
You ever notice how people want 20-year old musicians to return to their old sound.
Old Eminem. Old Metallica. Old Green Day.
Weird.
@@lullsbaby9321 Depends on how you look at it/how much their sound has changed. Plus, Iâm sure nostalgia plays a part. My personal opinion is that thereâs a fine line between maintaining your signature sound and every album sounding exactly the same. I think you can sound like you and still add new things. Sometimes bands stray too far from their original sound to the point where they should have just made a side project. I completely get musicians getting tired of making the same kind of music, though. Iâm sure they get bored before the fans dođ
@@lullsbaby9321 itâs pretty much what you grew up with or the time it entered your life, even Zeppelin from immigrant song to all of my love or Van Halen from On fire to Jump. The bands have to get bored with the same crap. Rush to me is a perfect example change but upgrade the talent level. You might not like it but you know itâs good music. Some bands like Metallica seem to devolve.
Fun fact: this song was released two days after the wolf moon
..."Well alright, alright, alright!... - Matthew Mcconaughey (Can't unhear / unthink this!).
Gotta give it to Rob Zombie for originality and creativity. He's really unmatched.
So glad he's still making music.
Meeting Rob Zombie 10 years ago is one of the coolest things I have ever done.
I met him at Tower Records in 1998. He was the nicest guy you'd ever meet. Soft spoken and signed autographs how you wanted. Took pics with you as you wanted. Very personable.
Isn't he cool af!!
About 8 years ago I shook his hand at a concert when he was making his runs around the audience
Oh... And no Zombie song is ever complete without the word, "yea" at least half dozen timesđđ€đŒ
That s already a Rob Zombie meme dudeđ€Łđ€Łđ€ŁSometimes i just count the number of times he uses "yeah" ... I see i m not aloneđ
black metalhead here showing some love for a legend and a genious
Does anyone else feel like you can just conquer the world while listening to this stuff??? đ€đ»đ€đ»đ€đ»
No way at all l would rather conquer the world with no ears then this shit he dropped on us
John 5 is underrated riff hero.
John Five is getting better each day. Thats because he never puts down his guitars.
Finally some gosh darn wholesome pandemic music
Finally using John 5! Zombie fan for 30yrs and this album is shaping up nicely. They sound very in sync.
Same recycled shit from 30 years ago.
Couldn't agree more!
He always the enigma. His solo albums and live are impeccable.
@@weSteh listen a few more times different mood. Just a suggestion.
I will always prefer a guitarist who keeps it simple over someone who shows off how fast he can practice scales. You're wrong, Rob have been using John 5's incredible talent for a while now.
For the first time I can actually hear John 5's sound and song writing in there!
This S O B tricked me. Got stuck on a bus to funky town.
Wow great I love long live rob zombie and company
I think the first single is better, but I still really dig this, much more than his last album. Definietly looking forward to the new album! Good job, Rob!
I agree the first one was way heavier and i liked it more. It was a great first taste of the album. Im glad this is different though. I like the smooth jazz interlude, tbh.
Agreed - hard to beat King Freak I think that's the best RZ song he put out in a long long time
When things were at their very worst:
2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy.
The first sign - the Earth will spin faster.
The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin.
Scientists will say it was a global illusion.
Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again.
After WW3 - rise of the â man of peaceâ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way.
Don`t trust âpopeâ Francis = the False Prophet
- will seem to rise from the dead
- will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one.
One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist.
Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent.
- banking collapse was deliberately masterminded by the Antichrist
- Antichrist will step in and create a false peace in the state of Israel by joining them with palestine in an unlikely alliance.
- âHe will recite extracts from My Teachings, which he will passionately proclaim from every secular stage in the world, until people sit up and take notice of him.â

I actually really dig Dispenser quite a bit, but this is def more creative and interesting, so to speak. Dispenser is more pure party if you will, but that's just me. Very stoked to see what the rest of this brings.
