      It’s definitely a lot more simplistic as a DD set up, but this thing has incredible amount of power!

    wouldnt the 80 amp esc and Xnova 3220-950kv be more optimal?

      depends on what you want, I wanted as much power as we could fit in the heli lol the Hobbywing 80 and 120 are the same size anyways.

    Nice build as per usual Jeff. Hope you and yours came out of that nasty weather ok. Quick question, does this mod add significantly to the cost of this particular set up?

      Thank you! I great appreciate it! Yes, we did! Luckily, the tornado hits about 20 minutes away from us so we just got nasty rain in Weather but no tornado or damage. Thankfully! Yes, it does add a bit to the cost. The kit alone is $100 and then the Xnova motor is almost $200 on top of the $600 420 kit cost.
