    Cone of Learning & Vark Theory
    Genius Education follows the Cone of learning pedagogy. During the 1960s, Edgar Dale theorized that learners retain more information by what they “do” as opposed to what is “heard”, “read” or “observed”. His research led to the development of the Cone of Experience. Today, this “learning by doing” is known as “experiential learning” or “action learning”
    Then we follow the VARK model of learning styles, which suggests that there are four main types of learners: visual, auditory, reading/writing, and kinesthetic. The idea that students learn best when teaching methods and school activities match their learning styles, strengths.
