Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Can you help with the reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. Very hard to get a reliable s0urce here in Australia. Really need!
Yes, kayes_tripz. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

Microdosing helped me get out of the pit of my worst depressive episode, a three year long episode, enough to start working on my mental health.
Eckhart speaks of when he came to consciousness- he was tired of self. That is what happened to me too-I wasn't tired of life, I was tired of myself.
I’m dropping this self any day now. Sick of this self.

Just found you. I now understand why people have always reacted to me the way they do. I’m not odd after all. Not Autistic, not quirky, not special, not deaf, not sad, not insane. I’m just the child I always was when I first stood looking up to the clouds and asked myself “Why can’t I hear the incessant noise around me” Now I know it’s because I was in my moment. Amazing that I had the knowledge to know myself at that young age.
Has you life been amazing because of this?
This resonated with me fully… at approximately 11 years old something uncovered within…. But this uncovering I only noticed later in life when looking back, I was different and could notice / understand others behaviour …tbh I thought everyone thought like I did…. as you would if you think about it. It’s only later in life we can notice this if we seek the truth…

The big joke of existence
many want to run away from stillness/silence - can we sit with it and not look away?
I think when we are ready, we reach that point that we literally cannot take it anymore, that then becomes the opening for transformation. I think it has happened to many of us and will happen to more as they become ready. As Eckhart said, suffering is our best teacher and when I look back at my life, I see that without the suffering I’d highly unlikely be here now. Thank you Eckhart much love and respect to you ❤
"A teacher called suffering" wow thank you for reminding me of this. I agree we have to reach a point where we no longer choose to suffer and continue to do the things that maintain our suffering, simple but not always easy of course. A sudden awakening sounds wonderful but currently I am one of those who has to continually practice choosing not to suffer as the alternative is still very much on offer to me 😕but compared to the poorly place I was once in I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever only very genuine gratitude 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The back ground. Like a funeral parlour waiting room.
I think it's brilliant that Eckhart had realized the two selves within himself and suddenly understood which one to let go of, our self identifying one, the one that creates most of our unhappiness and suffering. So therefore, awakening is a realization that frees us from the ( ego trap ) and catapults us into a higher state of consciousness where we then know ourselves as the awareness that is aware of itself, and by realizing this we become a lot more happier and at peace with ourselves in the present moment. Thanks again Eckhart.
The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
How can gathering a small amount of information about vast numbers of human beings speak volumes?
If you see people being stuck, then that is where your attention is.
If you see people awakening slowly and with great meaning, then that is where your attention is.
Your choice, of course. Every moment you breathe you are making choices. For your growth or for your ego. For others or for yourself. Own your choices. ❤
And you are stuck in publicity
The idea that feeling we are the thoughts or emotions is an illusion created by the ego is central to many spiritual traditions. Consciousness itself, as you pointed out, remains untouched, unchanging, and free from any identification, attachment, or transformation. It is the ego, a construct of the mind, that creates the illusion of identification with thoughts and emotions. Consciousness is the constant, silent witness to these experiences, always present but never involved in the mental or emotional fluctuations.
This perspective helps in cultivating awareness of the ego’s role in creating attachment and identification, encouraging a deeper recognition of consciousness as pure awareness. It also suggests that true freedom lies in realizing that we are not the thoughts, emotions, or the ego but rather the consciousness that observes them. This can lead to a more peaceful and liberated state of being.
This man is a genius. It’s so important to LIVE THIS. the teachings are more valuable than anything in our world. Quality of life is always primary and essential like rainfall or the forests or the sky. Just go out and look. Observe the sky. That is the goodness of life. The now. Rejoice because of the unknown. Ride that wave of the present unfolding of life. It’s glory. It’s truth. Rejoice as this is the great victory over existence - rejoicing in the present.

I never get tired of hearing Eckhart's story.
GOD BLESS YOU ECKHART TOLLE,.
Appreciating the distinction between consciousness and thinking is truly revolutionary. Understanding our essential nature as pure consciousness - “ the eternal witness of all thought and action “ - is spiritual rebirth / awakening / self realisation , and permits detachment . I can now understand opening the Buddhist “Doors of Liberation “ - No self , No form , No aim - involves Conciousness stepping out from the prison of thought .
I've recently been trying to remember the distinction between LIFE SITUATION AND LIFE.
Thank you for clarifying it again Eckhart ❤🥰
Be aware of yourself as presence............thanks eckhart

This guy is amazing and will help many people find their true selves. Just been reading a book called the Three Pillars of Zen, which appears to be basically the same thing.

I’ve listened to hundreds of your lectures, over and over -and this is one of your very best. I must step back from my body/ mind identity, to discover the pure awareness, pure consciousness -

Sincere gratitude always. Thank you.
You are lovely, Mister. Thank you for retelling the beginning.
Eckhart, selflove made space for me to make the way to the power of now easier.
the best pointer books, have been, are those of Eckart Tolle and a collection of dialogues (he did not write any book) by Robert Adams, a collection that took the form of a book: "The Silence of the Heart". All the rest are empty words. I often pick up "the Power of now" or "A new earth", especially when I understand that I am about to be drawn into my life situation and everything becomes very clear and quiet in me
If this was all people ever did we wouldn't be communicating over the internet right now. We are designed by nature to utilize mind. It's simply a matter of whether it is utilized efficiently or not.
Thank you E.T🙏💚💙

Been following for years but love this explanation. Consciousness has become entangled in a web, rather, a prison of thoughts (which it made itself in the first place!)

The consciousness does not become thoughts or emotions
. Consciousness is the light that allows us to be aware of thoughts, emotions, or any other psychological or sensory experience.
Consciousness never identifies with anything, It is unattached and unaffected by what is happening to mind and body.
It is the ego that creates identifications, making us feel as though we are what we identify with.

This is conceptually simple to understand but how do we experience what Eckart did? And if it's so transcendent & blissful why isn't everyone doing it?
One way to get out of this trap of thought, is to exercise. Get into your body, become aware of your body. That takes the load off of the mind and thinking, and places thought elsewhere - rather an awareness not even thought. Gymnasts going through their routines are above thought, they act unconsciously - the subconscious takes over and that is a relief from thought. Eckhart does not look like aperson who exercises much. If he had exercised he might have had his awakening sooner.
I have trouble understanding what he is talking about, is it possible to find peace and happiness if you are not intelligent? I have tried reading the books but I am not able to understand what is being said. It seems like all the nice things in life like happiness, money, success are only for the intelligent.
The most important thing Eckhart teaches: acceptance and unhappiness cannot coexist. Once you’re able to accept what is, your unhappiness dissipates.
Keep listening to him, you’ll hear something he says that will open your mind to understanding.
When we drop our mind we can get close of the state his is taking about.
Let go the need of understanding. “Existence does not have dictionary”
The first thing I would do is STOP believing you aren’t intelligent. You are in your own reality and if you continue to have that belief, your reality will continue to reflect that back to you. And things take time. Be patient with yourself. No one knows it all. You’ll get it… it’s a journey. So many people feel like they know it all and are still lost. Enjoy the time it takes to get where you want to be because once you get there you’ll find something else to strive for ❤
Be still while listening to him,
Just be still, if you don't understand immediately, it will come naturally, I have experience this several times not just with him, with life, don't be in haste

Who am I?
And
Who is unhappy?
This is what Jesus was trying to teach us (apes back then) and the modern human (an ape with mental tools of which it does not understand or grasp). Let's find ourselves as humans.
I wish that made sense?
I dont think his experience is necessarily an awakening experience. Many people confuse their experiences like this in my opinion.
So it's a matter of stepping back as the observer of the suffering self, or a matter of stepping forth into the suffering self?
Stepping back as the observer
Consciousness never shifts. Things you appear to be conscious of shift.
It is true that the mind's source is consciousness, and without consciousness, there cannot be a mind. However, once the mind manifests as mind, although it is connected to and originates from consciousness, it functions according to its own nature. The mind, by its very nature, creates thoughts, emotions, imaginations, and fantasies, and it also has various functions such as understanding, analyzing, comparing, and discerning. But all these functions and projections-thoughts, images, imaginations, emotions, and desires-are not created directly by consciousness. Consciousness is always present because it is the origin and the background of the mind. However, thoughts and emotions are created by the mind, not by consciousness directly. But Tolle says very precisely that consciousness itself modifies into thoughts, becomes thoughts, consciously becomes thoughts, which I believe is false, based on my experience and the teachings of all great traditions.
"In fact I seem like an idiot, no mind, no worries" Tao Te Ching
I envy you ❤❤❤
There is no shift. It’s more of an oooze you don’t notice until somethings you used to see a certain way just ain’t that way anymore 🤷🏼♂️
This exact realisation happened to me the other day. A situation/thing I used to have a serious issue with just doesn’t bring up the same conflict that it used to - and, I became aware of this in the moment one of these situations came up I just noticed I wasn’t reacting like I used to.
@@SamA-nj7yr Yes… the whole “awakening” or “shifting” gets us expecting it, looking for it… When we “notice” what we are chatting about we can see that “we don’t do it”….”it does us” and all we do is observe the effect of spiritual vitamins due to faith in truth ✨
