Breckenridge is a Colorado town at the base of the Rocky Mountains’ Tenmile Range. It's known for its ski resort, year-round alpine activities and Gold Rush history. The Victorian core of this former mining town is preserved as the Breckenridge National Historic District, running primarily along Main Street, with colorfully painted buildings from the 1880s and '90s housing shops, galleries and restaurants. Breckenridge Ski Resort is an alpine ski resort in the western United States, in Breckenridge, Colorado. Just west of the Continental Divide in Summit County, it is perennially one of the most visited ski resorts in the western hemisphere. Breckenridge is owned and operated by Vail Resorts, Inc.

Breckenridge is a small mountain town in Colorado, United States. Since ski trails were first cut in 1961, Breckenridge Ski Resort has made the town a popular destination for skiers. Summer in Breckenridge attracts outdoor enthusiasts with hiking trails, wildflowers, fly-fishing in the Blue River, mountain biking, nearby Lake Dillon for boating, white water rafting, three alpine slides, a roller coaster, and many shops and restaurants up and down Main Street. The historic buildings along Main Street with their clapboard and log exteriors add to the charm of the town. Since 1981, Breckenridge hosts the Breckenridge Festival of Film in September. In January each year since the 21st century there is a Backcountry Film Festival. That is held at about the same time as the Ullr Fest, a week of celebrating snow and honoring the Norse god Ullr. There are many summer activities, including an annual Fourth of July parade.

Breck is a very nice town and has some great skiing as well as hiking in the summer.
The place is all cloaked by snow, roads are barely visible here,👍🏻❄🥶driving.
I used to live here 20 years ago, but I got old and cold and now live in Naples Florida
You know how to pick places to live. Its hard to beat South Florida!

Breckinridge is very much an American town and is wonderful as it is, have been there twice. Vail is a faux European experience including the faux European accents in the restaurants. Personally I prefer Breckenridge . I am Irish and live in Dublin but I did spend a year in Switzerland. I loved Breckenridge and it is not one bit like Switzerland, to it’s credit.

You missed a few parts of town. I was kinda expecting that you'd make a trip up Four O'Clock Road to Kings Crown (at the Snowflake lift), then drive along Kings Crown through Beaver Run and back to Park Avenue.

Great video, I've always loved Breckenridge!! But did you know that 4k is a scam? The human eye can barely tell the diff between 720p and 1080p. This is especially true for those 40+. So telling the diff between 1080p and 4K can only be done by those who have artificial bionic eyes. (So no one.) Honestly - if anyone thinks 4K looks better than 1080p, they're telling a lie based on psychology of thinking it's better when they don't know their own eyes can't even tell the difference!
