While electric cars are not really viable where I live right now (i can see in the next 5-10 yrs that changing) these videos are important for someone who wants to setup a charging station this gives someone an idea of what they can expect from this company and potential growth from them in the future.
Love it. I get it now. 100% commercial add = infomercial! I don’t even have to sit through all the silly EV conversion video stuff anymore to find the commercial. Give me more please! They do this for the Super Bowl. Just make the players act out in 3 hours of commercial content instead of playing the game. Brilliant.

This is one of the best reviews I’ve ever seen! Whatever you’re getting paid to do this it’s not enough. I have already ordered two chargers! Sometimes it’s hard to do this. Kind of a job! The lab assistant is the perfect touch.

Isn't 40A the limit on a NEMA 14-50? I believe the 48A option is only meant to be used when hardwired. INVT should have there app ask during initial setup if it is hardwired, and if not hide the option for >40A from the user.
Thank you for your suggestion, sir. The issue was resolved several weeks ago. Now, users are unable to input a current higher than the maximum charging current specified by the charger.

You’re a technical guy. Reverse the roles. I would much rather take advice from you with your technical expertise and her to play the role of the average user. I would trust her opinion more about how user friendly the app is than yours. Some things that might be obvious to EV enthousiasts are not at all obvious for my parents for example.

It's not a charger, it's an EVSE.
Nobody cares anymore, the general public is never going to call it an EVSE. The industry has moved on.

I mean, I'm fine with paid endorsements. But don't title your video "review". This is disingenuous at best.
In my opinion, just changing the order of the title would make the difference. Instead of "review (product name)" I would go with "(product name) sponsor review" would work for me.
