You can take unlimited orders for free, and can add unlimited locations to your restaurant. So, if you're thinking of expanding, then you can do so without a worry.
So how does this restaurant ordering system work?
As soon as an order is placed, it instantly gets pushed to a mobile app in the restaurant kitchen, for revision, while the customer holds the line for the reply.

GloriaFood provide an extremely great solution for food business owner. As a freelance web designer, I'm happy with the system and looking forward to study the system further, at higher stage/level. The system can be easily integrated with selected existing websites as well as facebook page. A little technical knowledge is required, but there's no high level coding is required.

The new app that you launched looses client because doesnt send anymore notifications when a new order is taking place, instead as soon as you take a call or the app is not open all the time on the forefront, it goes automatically offline. This is happening to all my restaurant clients and i had to change all of them to another booking system

Can I use this to take orders for my business and direct my customers to pay with a different gateway payment provider!? Like PayPal for example!?
Yes you can , but before you must activate the Online Payments subscription for only 29$ /month. Although GloriaFood restaurant list price for online payment connectivity is 29 USD/month you will pay directly from your merchant account the 3rd party payment gateway commissions (typically between 2,2 to 3,5 % per transaction depending on country, provider, merchant account type and how much cash you roll through that merchant account) .
Is there a way to get a report for orders for a future date that combines the items ordered? I am looking for a 'bake to order' bakery that needs lead time for preparation. Thanks.

@@JoseFrancolini Please note that the use of Mercado Pago is limited to processing online payments made via credit or debit cards. It cannot be used as a "loyalty" platform that uses the funds clients have in their Mercado Pago accounts.

Hi, just add it as a new restaurant, and use some other system on wab-site how to change the branch. Like some buttons, or switcher. I was doing same research and this is the only way how i figureded out, by my humble opinion, its better this way - one branch - one app for orders.

Our business model is relying on the idea of a freemium model as we provide a simplified do-it-yourself ordering platform for free, easy to use by anyone. There are no hidden fees, commissions or contracts.However, we will have a set of premium features (which are more complex) that the customers can choose to pay for if they find them useful for their business, for example: online payment.Also, those who want our staff/support team to take care of the system implementation may help us operate by paying extra for those services (e.g. having our team configure the menu, instead of configuring it yourself).In a sense our business model is very similar to the business model of other internet companies that provide awesome functionality for free (combining monetization elements inspired from Firefox, Wikipedia, Dropbox or more profitable entities like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, etc).The difference is that we come with this service in an industry that was not used to benefit from such freebies until now.
