Do you also have an integrated POS system for on site for customer to order like a self check...I wouldn't mind paying an affordable fair subscription fee
While we don't offer an integrated POS system for self-service, you can enable our QR code dine-in ordering solution for free (more details here: czcams.com/video/W1_UrBJrtp4/video.html) and allow customers to use their smartphones to order at the table. You can simply print the QR code and display it on every table. Hi I want to ask, I saw we can add multiple zone. However if I own two store, can I let customer sent order to different2 store store 1 and store 2. I tried the app but can only use 1 app and 1 account, right?
Hi! Orders cannot be redirected from one location to another. For each location, a separate “See MENU & Order” button should be displayed on the website so that the clients can choose the ordering location.

how do I print an order on a regular printer (not thermal) air print, wifi etc enabled?

can I customize application logo instead of gloria app?
Hello! This is not an available option in the order-taking app, nor it is likely to be a priority in the future.
I'm in a position where I want to make an online food ordering website as a prototype for a client before they buy.
How do I do this without putting in restaurant details? (Can I use NA ?) And how many devices can use the gloriafood app on their mobile device for the same restaurant? Is it possible to print food orders from the app too?

The order taking app cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time.
The opening hours can be split into lunch and evening opening hours.

How would customer check history of there orders?
Hi! Every time a customer places an order, they also get an email confirmation including a breakdown of what they ordered, so they will have access to all prior orders on their email.

@@mncedisimatsebula The branded app is available in all the languages that the ordering widget is available as well. You can check the languages in your restaurant dashboard -> ''OTHER'' TAB -> ADVANCED SETTINGS -> SUPPORTED LANGUAGES. A food client can change the branded app language by accessing the 3 lines at the top left corner -> Languages.

Hello! Although you can add a separate button for the table reservation service on your website, the table reservation service will also appear in the checkout cart when a food client accesses the "See Menu & Order" button.
@@Gloriafood What if you are a food truck or event restaurant with no tables? You should be able to hide the table option. Otherwise you get unnecessary questions or complaints from customers. Thanks for the video!

Hi! If you're referring to the customer contact details at checkout, the town or city area and street name and number fields can't be removed. The rest such as postcode or intercom are optional.

Hi! Yes, we do support German. All you need to do is hover on your name in the top right corner of the admin panel, then click on "Language" and select "Deutsch".

As part of the freemium model, the platform allows you to accept online orders paid with cash. However, we do have (and continue to add to the platform) premium features that are more complex, that you can choose to pay for (if they bring extra value for your business). For example: online payments, promotions, sales optimized website, branded mobile apps.

You can technically just accept orders on Facebook without needing a website, although we recommend having a website because that’s where most of your orders will come from. Here’s how you can use our system to start taking orders on Facebook: www.gloriafood.com/facebook-ordering
As for payment methods, your customers can choose to pay with cash at no extra cost for you (this is part of our free features).
