INGREDIENTS:

- Chopped Onion - 2,
- Green Chillies - 6 or 8,
- Garlic -1, Ginger - 1 piece,
- Mint Leaves,
- Coriander Leaves.
- Fresh Chicken - 1Kg
- Rice(Seeraga Samba) - 1 kg (or) 5 cups
- Oil - 4 Tsp
- Butter - 1 Tsp
- Cloves - 8 ,
- Cinnamon - 2",
- Star Anise- 2,
- Bay Leaf - 4
- Salt to Taste
- Tomato Puree - 1 cup
- Lemons - 4
- Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
- Biryani Powder (readymade) - 1 1/2 Tsp
- Water (Double quantity of Rice)
- Ghee - 3 Tsp

Donne biryani is of course a little when compared to other biryani styles. But this one looks even more overcooked. Rice is cooked too much like that of Pongal.
