    Hiya Tim...another dead useful video....I really like how you put the rib over the red hotspot...normally I’d keep it separate but that makes perfect sense and is more lifelike. Everyday is a school day!

      Brilliant .. yep little things like that make the tying process a little more simple too . Thanks for watching .

      Great looking pattern and hugely affective , the printed cheek really stands out and creates that nice trigger point for the trout . Thanks for watching .

    morning Tim i found your channel and subbed you amazing content thanks for sharing I'm going to binge watch all your uploads for some inspiration can i ask what uv resin and torch you use or can recommend for a beginner cheers and a happy new year to you .

    • @timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769
      @timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769  Před 7 měsíci

      Happy New year ! There are a lot of name brand UV resins , varnishes and torches on the market . A lot of these are expensive and really no better than some of the cheaper no name brands . I use UV resin from Palmero , sold for jewellery making and readily available on Amazon . Its a fraction of the price and works every bit as well as you can see in the vids . Same for the torch , a no brand UV lamp that's USB rechargeable , go for the most powerful one you can afford for the money . Thanks for watching and supporting the channel .

      This is stripped peacock eye . You can use the normal herl for bodies of diawls bachs , cormorants , thorax on crunchers .. there are many many different uses for Peacock .

    Hi. A fantastic looking buzzer. Can u tell me does the resin or varnish have issues with the acrylic paint at all .may try this as a standard buzzer rather than a point fly.

    • @timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769
      @timjoyceflyfishing-essex6769  Před 3 lety

      Not at all ... but its crucial that you let each stage dry before adding varnish or paint . I use this on buzzers down to 12s , in all sorts of colours . Its very effective .
