- Life changes fast sometimes. Proving why financial independence and investing in yourself is so important, I'm seizing the (jobless) moment to travel, play, and drive new race tracks in my E36 M3 while having the spring and summer of my childhood dreams. Here's a brief story on what happened and what's next. Expect upcoming travel and race track based content from SCCA Time Trials at VIR, NASA Spec racing, Gridlife Time Attack, and local autocross along with national parks with the dog and much more.

It’s such a bummer when you pour so much into a company and then they let you go like it never mattered. Been there. Your prospective is refreshing and being prepared definitely helps! Soak up the extra time with your fam and live it up while you can! 🙂
You know I’ll make the most of it! Hope you’re well too.
❤
In a weird spot with my career, not sure of what the near future holds, not sure what is best for me. But this video was wonderful. I love your attitude in it, your outlook. Ryan, after knowing you for over 20 years now (off and on, of course) Ive realized what kind of man you are and this solidifies that more. You got this. Im about to start watching your other videos about your trip and am super stoked on it
Sometimes we’re dealt a card we may not even know we needed. Love your outlook and know you will make the most out of it.
Thank you! You know it.
Great outlook! I know the feeling when I saw the writing on the wall while I was at Amazon. My first day after leaving I was at VIR with SCDA. I can't express just how awesome that felt!
Thanks, Jordan. That sounds similar and was exactly why you saw me working grid for SCCA at VIR this weekend. New found free time? Volunteer at the track! Looking forward to driving with you again soon.
Awesome outlook and I know you will do great things in your future. Also I know some of those things in your near future.
Thank you. Let’s meet at the track soon!
Jeeez I'm in a similar situation being laid off and deciding for an adventure. Unfortunately, my adventure ended early when my car burnt down at the track and the rebuild cost absolutely requires me to focus on my income again. Uggghhh hopefully I can live it up again soon.
Very inspirational! I know you will continue to do great things! ❤️
Thank you, Leilani! I’m glad the inspiration came through.
Sorry and congrats dude! Sometimes that’s the kick in the pants you need to take the next step. It was for me anyway. Have fun in this next bit of time brother. 👍🏻
