I'm glad you "feel" younger. It's definitely the energy of the place. In The States there's a different energy, people there are way more materialistic than in Colombia. Often times they have more wealth but feel empty inside. Here in Colombia people may have less material wealth though are wealthier spiritually which truly sooths the soul. That's the main reason why I chose to live here in Colombia instead of in The States.

This has been a good video. I agree with most of what you say except the need to sleep 8 hours per night. You don't need to sleep 8 hours a night unless your body is in poor (weak) physical shape. A well trained athlete typically thrives on no more than five to five and a half hours of sleep per night. And by the way, a lot of average people go to the gym daily but train their body to remain weak and out of shape since they don't really train hard enough. They just train well below their body's capacity thus their physique remains fragile because the tiny effort they put into their training routine gives their body no real reason to get stronger or to increase its energy levels. Thus their weak/average physique may require up to 8 hours of sleep every night just to cope with their lack of energy. I'm 53, by the way, and my girlfriend of four years is 28. I can tell you, most of the time I have more energy and more vitality than her. LOL I met her here in Bogotá when she was 24 and I was 49. Anyway, I train hard for 45 to 60 minutes about 4 times a week and rarely do I need to sleep 6 hours straight. Train harder, sleep less, vibrate younger. Stay strong. Cheers!

By the way, if you're in Medellín (Colombia) or in Mexico or in Panama, then geographically you're still in America because America is certainly not a country but rather a whole continent full of countries. LOL

Yeah, that's symantics, most people in the world refer to the USA as America.
