I'm Ready is the second studio album by multiplatinum singer Tevin Campbell, released on October 26, 1993. With this album, Campbell showed his skill as a soul singer.
"Can We Talk" - won the Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Single - Male.spent a total of three weeks at number one on the US R&B chart. It sold 500,000 copies and earned a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
"I'm Ready" - Released as the album's second single, it became a success on both the pop and R&B charts, reaching the top-ten in New Zealand and on the US Billboard Hot 100 as well as the top-five on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. "I'm Ready" was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance at the 37th awards ceremony.
"Always in My Heart" Released by Qwest Records as the album's third single, it became his third straight single from to hit the top 20 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the top 10 of the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
"Don't Say Goodbye Girl" The song was released as the album's fourth single, reaching number 71 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number 28 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
To date this has been Tevin's biggest selling album and many considered this album to be the high mark of his career despite the fact he was only 16 when he recorded the album.
The album was certified double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America for selling 2 million copies in the United States in 1994.
