aava perugu pachadi
In this video you all can learn how to prepare aava perugu pachadi. This is simple pachadi where you can make it easily using the available ingredients at home. This usually good with vada(medhu vada/garalu).
If you dip the garalu/vada in it and eat, then that vada taste will be different and yummy. Do try this for upcoming Yugadi and share your comments below.
Ingredients:
Aavalu - 2 Tbsp
Perugu/curd - 1 cup
Ghee for seasoning - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Red chilies - 2 (chopped)
Hing(asafoetida) - pinch
Turmeric - little
Coriander & curry leaves - few
Salt to taste
