- This is a taste test/review of the Simek’s brand Meat Lasagna. It has freshly made pasta with seasoned ground beef, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and fire-roasted tomatoes. It was $10.99 at Publix. 1 cup (215g) = 300 calories

I like Stouffer's probably because I've been eating it for years
I looked up to see where sold and saw Simeks has a Lasagna with ricotta cheese, garlic etc. Would be great if you could find.
I love Stouffer's Italian style, but if I can find this brand where I live, I might give it a try. Thks for reviewing

totally have to let it cool and set if you’re going to cut it. and 1 serving is ridiculous! I could see half.
The cheese looks pretty good, but for myself, Ricotta is a must in Lasagna. I do like a sweeter sauce but if I'm going to pay this much, for another $10, I can make a huge pan of lasagna that will give me multiple meals. Thank you Kevin.

Is the meat in this a ground beef or more like a sausage? I don’t like sausage… so I live stouffers (ground beef) lasagna but don’t like Marie calendars (sausage). There’s probably 3 nice sized servings in there so it’s not a bad deal if it’s good…
I’ve seen single serving lasagna that you can microwave but never a family size except one that had two options and they were oven and microwave in that order with the first option is recommended. On where the microwave option it didn’t recommend it being cooked that but I tried it and it came out like yours and was running and fell apart.
That’s good stuff, I’ve bought it a few times.
Lasagna is easy to make, tho its expensive.Maybe better buying frozen lasagna. Stouffers is very good, to me they produce quality products.
Why not eat the whole plate of lasagna :)
