- I personally recommend this lock in blue, as that is Paclocks flagship color, and this is their flagship lock, and it just so happens to be the karate belt color for this lock, as it is a blue belt on the Reddit Karate Belt System.

We appreciate the support, Sandman! Hope to see you again at TLA - we'll be there this year. Way to go 90A-PRO!!!!
Thank you 🙏 ❤
I love the way that Paclock embraces the Locksport community, Nicely done 👌
Far and few between companies do that....
"I suck at picking..."
Opens the lock that's been tormenting me for a week in 4 minutes lol
Thanks as always for the great vid Sandman!
In my defense, it was 1 min 7 seconds, but I believe in you!
Great video. I appreciate the informative narration. Congrats on the open!
Tell you how much I like this channel always well informed well laid out. I have bought a lot of tools because of this channel. Always good content
thank you
Thanks for this video. I was looking for a blue belt lock after picking an American lock. All of the other locks on the list are hard to find. Gotta love it when these are on Amazon!
" using the Covert Instruments in 0.020" medium round hook " . I just smiled to myself , knowing my recent Echelon set purchase was going to be a VERY worthwhile investment .
It’s a fantastic set.
Pretty fast buddy!!!!👍
Great video. I hope to get a paclock one day for my collection
Nice!! I was wondering if they’d bring it back. So cool. I love paclock. Such a fun company and theyll do custom logo locks for the same price. Just sent them my video. Thanks for the heads up
It’s a great lock to use. I would definitely trust it locking up my stuff. it’s also great for Lockport. I think it’s terribly hard to pick. In my opinion, much different than American 1100. I’m struggling with one right now
Thank you for another great video! I’ve been saving to pick up the cut away from covert as well as the PAC lock. Do you mind sharing where you got your Panavise attachment? I have the base and have been looking for that attachment but cannot seem to get the proper keywords down 😂. As always, thank you for the content!
Take a look at my video on bench vices, I have all the links in the description of that video
Thank you so much, will do!
Nice!
I tuned in at tye perfect moment!. 2 seconds of watching for a pop. 😂
Got mine last week.
I just got that lock (I did the purple)! I had no clue about the 200k distinction! Mine got has a 200k on it as well! Gotta remember to submit my video after I learn how to pick it (probably in the next 10-50 years!)!
I have a rose red one with the "200K" present on the key. I wonder if I can still particape, even though I reside in Europe. 🌍
The only problem is that I never managed to pick mine ... yet.
That’s so cool, i want to earn a patch too but don’t know where to buy those in Europe 👎🏻Abus should make some patches too 😂
I got mine last week!!! It is awesome. I have 5 of them and they’re my favorite lock to pick to keep my jiggle test on point.
When you jiggle test on this lock, which pins are you jiggle testing? And what are you looking for during the jiggle? I’ve never been able to use jiggle testing unless I use a Lishi tool.
Standard jiggle test. Pressing up on the pin check the pin state. Michael Gilchrist has a great video on it. Just to test if a pin is set so you don’t overset it. I never truly understood it until that video and trying it on this lock. Just search 90a pro jiggle test and you’ll find it.
@@W3OY-RAY ive seen the video. just never had a use for it. curious about your take on it.
@@sandman_locksport it’s useful on 3 specific Paclock 90a Pro’s that I have. They are the ones that have lots more serrated pins in them. I used to get overzealous and overset those pins because is it 1 click or 3 clicks to set that pin? I just give it a little jiggle after each click to see if it’s in a serration or set.
So far it’s the only group of locks that I own that I need to do this on but I hear that it is a skill that is really needed on higher level locks like the ASSA 700 with the tapered pins or gins/trees where paying attention to the pin state is important.
That’s on my list to start working on after I finish with my current batch of locks. I’ve been deep in the weeds with a few Medeco locks that I just got.
@@W3OY-RAY good point, i played around with it yesterday but i suck at it. ill keep trying, it may come in handy with black belt locks as you mentioned
and here I am having difficulty with American 1100s
Join the club. I've got 3 of them, can only open one, but not quickly enough yet that I'm doing a video for the green. I don't want to make the mods sit there for 5 to 10 minutes. OTOH, I should really use my vise, I'm sure it'd be a lot easier. 👀
I can't find these available for Australia
Opened both mine with the 200K stamping, don't care for social media as far as vids. Just wondering what adapter you have from your Panavise base to your camera clamp?
check out my video on bench vices, links in the description
@@sandman_locksport word
nice haven't picked one yet is there a dealer in the austin area?
Yeah, amazon
What’s up sandman.
That’s the same lock I’m working on
Where's the discount code for paclock? Lol there actually not bad from what I see from reviews, just as much if not less than the 1100
Oooh... didn't know that. I have a black one I like picking, may have to take up the challenge. 😀
Edit: Is it available to non-US pickers?
i dont know, email them and ask. i dont see why not.
👏🏻🤝🏻🤙🏻
Lock not available on Amazon through your link FYI
it sold out, its still a good link
11:58 What does counter milling do to a lock? What is its intended purpose, and how do you get around it if it is?
You’re asking a lot of question that requires a lot of answer. Try googling it and looking for a CZcams video that has an explanation. “Countermilling lockpicking”
@sandman_locksport awesome, thank you?
That sold out quick😢
