My Zflip 3 is easily getting me through a 18hr work day. That's with 100% brightness, the Always on Display at 100% brightness all day and all night , at 120hz enabled and I use my device moderate to heavy.
Do you have 4G or 5G? And do you have bluetooth on?
I'm surprised you're not getting screenburn from using it with 100% brightness all day

I'm really enjoying the flip 4 so far. Coming from iPhone 12 pro max, I enjoy the ability to customize things a lot. So far no complaint, let's hope that the crease or hinge will be fine

@@himankjerolia9282 TBH, it really comes down to whether you're open to switch between OS. I've been switching between these two OS for my entire life (since I started using smartphones) and I really enjoy exploring the similarities and differences. I enjoy the Flip 4 so much now, I feel like there's a learning curve to using this phone and the system. If you prefer a neat intuitive phone or OS, go or iPhone. You won't be disappointed by the stability. But if you wanna explore the customizability of a smartphone and like the form factor of Samsung, go for the Flip!

had the flip 3 for 2 years broke yesterday my fault so I dont know if buying flip 3 or flip 4 as a replacement ?
I just bought a flip 4 over a 3 but i read the hindge is prone to break essy is that true i am worried.🤔😔
i love my z flip 3, but after a year i can see the upper layer of the screen (at the crease line) starts to crack (not the LCD but the glass). I thought the one cracked is the safety film, hence i remove it once for all. Unfortunately, it is not the safety film :(. after i removed that, the LCD starts to delaminate and the LCD starts to have dead pixels .. it is all my fault. and i regret of doing that. now i have to send my phone to the center to get it repair on my own cost :(
Still using my z flip 3 over a year and a half I haven't had that issue yet but I know eventually I will

Do you plan to review the z fold 4?
Currently have a zFlip 3 and upgrading to a refurbed zflip 4, and I actually kind of like how the hinge would protrude a bit more on these two instead of the zflip 5.
It made clipping it to clothes and pockets a lot more sturdy since the fabric would fill in the gaps and made it really easy to carry even with no pockets, but I feel like the flip 5 I tried slid around too much to comfortably do so.
I'll be keeping my Z Flip 3. Not worth the upgrade in my opinion. Samsung didn't do enough in my opinion

ok. So I just traded in my Flip3 for the Flip4. Not for the camera... or the screen size... or memory size. In fact, I'll tell you... specs-wise... the two phones are ALMOST identical (In fact, I was able to put my ZFlip3 case directly on my ZFlip4 and it fits perfectly). But the things I was So unhappy with on the Flip3 seem to be addressed on the Flip4.
Bad Screen Protector: mine was starting to peel away at the fold... and this is NOT a self-serviceable part. Do not try to peel the screen protector off... you will ruin the phone.
Fragile Screen: I had my phone in for repair earlier this year for dead pixels... and I got more dead pixels 6 months later.
Bad Battery Life: This also seems to be addressed by Samsung. 3300mAh vs. 3700mAh is significant (and almost as high capacity as the S21's 4000mAh battery)
I love the Galaxy Flip form factor. It's why I was sad that I had to give the phone back. The ONLY problems I had were all the weak points mentioned above. If Samsung has addressed and FIXED all of these problems, you'll find me a happy guy! I guess time will tell.
You can most definitely replace the screen protector with no problems. I've done it on my 12 month old Flip 3 multiple times now. Currently have a less shiny, less fingerprint attractive, matte screen protector and it's better than the original in every way.
You said sturdier several times already. Could it be because the 4 is newer?

Hi i have the normal Galaxy s21 i was thinking of upgrading for the galaxy z flip 3. But i heard that the battery is bad battery doesnt mean nottin 2 me. But if i gona upgrade mind as well go for this generation newesr z flip 4.

No its a downgrade. Everything about it is a downgrade. You may think the processor is better on paper but the flip 4 has thermal throttling issues. The battery life is also garbage 4 hours SOT

@@nasmanxtra I have the phone and I beg to disagree. It does heat up, but really you won't notice until you actually like put your palm on it. The battery lasts me the whole day (depends on your usage). Also these aren't "influencers" or I wouldn't use that word, I would use tech reviewers because that's what they're channels really are.
I have the Flip 3 and its a great device. Obviously as long as you don't bash it about its pretty durable. It is very slippery though so I would recommend a case, as it does like to slide itself onto the floor! The battery life is decent too, depending on use, obviously and its very speedy. Its a fun device. I hope this helps.

Samsung had a big problem with the hinge mechanism of the Flip3. Not sure the Flip 4 is any better in terms of durability. The 4 also has the same nano thin glass screen that will micro crack along the fold leaving a white jagged line across it. You cannot defy the laws of physics for very long.
