The boxer he’s in the ring with is Mark Breland a Hall of Famer also from Brooklyn. He was the equivalent to Floyd Mayweather. Brooklyn had Mike Tyson and Riddick Bowe. To say Brooklyn was on fire is an understatement. And to the poster of the video it’s YOU. YOU have that unique knack to recognize rhyme skill. Not everyone understands real rap. Glad to see you carrying the torch! It’s a lonely walk bro. Keep it up! Because it’s rewarding in the end. “Hold up the peace sign A Salaam Alaikum”.

RAW and "Long Live The Kane" changed the game forever. Wordplay and punchlines like the way Kane came off so slick and hard with it, didn't even exist before him. He was the first (I think) to spell out his name like that, and say that he was going to play Jason on Friday the 13th. Dude was and is a legend. I was 16 and had the LP and tape. Played it till it popped. Also, if you haven't done Rakim already, do either his Microphone Fiend or Musical Massacre. Musical Massacre, to this day is still the deadliest rhyme I have ever heard.

    LEGEND!!!
BDK is one of THE GOATS.
People talking Biggie and 2pac...don't talk about them without mentioning Kane, Rakim, KRS One, Kool G Rap, Ice Cube, etc.
If you want a track that sums up the rap industry, check Kane's track "How you get a record deal?" 🔥👊🏾
